We started looking for homes when the pandemic started and could not find anything we liked. The one home my wife liked had just gotten into escrow. Pia stayed in touch with the listing agent and we got the property on the same day it fell out of escrow and her persuasive methods helped us in not having to compete to get the home. Rick’s knowledge in Appraising & Construction was extremely helpful during the negotiation and inspection process. He was tedious at negotiating price and every single item in the inspection report.
