I highly recommend using Josie as your real estate agent. She went above and beyond in helping me not only secure the home that I wanted but in making sure that I got the best deal possible. She proactively suggested and negotiated several critical amenities/terms on my behalf, and continued to remain involved and highly accessible post-close to ensure that all the agreed-upon conditions were being met. My family had worked with Tressana once before, but this was my first time working with her. She was always professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get the property I wanted. I had the added wrinkle of being in Africa for the first 2 months of the home search and therefore couldn't be there to look at the houses myself or always be available a the right time. She worked with other members of my family to look through all of the homes and narrow them down to just the few she knew I would be interested in. She even put all of my forms online so that I could sign them electronically as I couldn't be there in person. She was a true expert and went above and beyond to find me the property I wanted. Plus, I got a very nice gift after the process was all done!
