This is the second real estate transaction I have done with Tressana. She is simply the best. This one was a purchase of a vacation rental property in Palm Springs. Her knowledge of the market was only surpassed by her ability to find the absolute best people in the dessert - from inspectors, to property managers, to city officials - she worked hard to make sure each person we interacted with was on top of their game. Tressana treated my purchase as if it was her own. She goes over and above. Tressana helped me purchase my first home. I would have been completely lost without her. She goes above and beyond for her clients and always has their best interests at heart. She is honest, hard-working, and genuine. She was always available when I needed her and responded in a timely manner. She has a lot of knowledge and expertise of the west side and could pinpoint the weaknesses and red flags of a property. Once my offer was accepted, she was even there during some minor inspections that I was unable to go to because I was out of town at the time. Rachel was an above-and-beyond agent. She held our hand through many offers before we finally found our next home. Throughout the process she was always skilled and thoughtful in our approach to each decision point. She was also extremely responsive, answering texts immediately, and urgently jumping on tight windows to arrange house visits. The whole time it felt like we were her only clients. In the end she navigated us through a competitive bidding process and helped land us the house that we prayed we would get. To be clear -- we are a high anxiety pair, full of detailed questions and requests for assurance. Rachel was always a step ahead of us, and so reliably on point in her ability to address our concerns.
