Selling your house in LA is easy. Selling your house in LA and getting the best deal possible - not so easy. The best part of working with Oliver is that he can steer the ship around all the pitfalls that cost you time and money. Buying and selling real estate is always a give and take, but without good representation - you'll be giving - a lot. We were very happy in our case. We finished above asking price and in record time. I estimate we had a 50% shorter start to close time than the average home sale in LA right now. Michele is the best! She really helped me and my roommates understand the lease process and was also fun to work with. She was very patient and really connected to what we were looking for. Michele was also looking out for us the whole way and got the landlord to make some much needed repairs and updates to the unit which was beyond our expectations. I liked Josie because she was so through. She was a hard negotiator. I got everything I wanted. She's a bulldog at getting stuff done and I didn't have to do much. Just sign. She was there for me whenever I reached out. She's very professional, very well dressed and really nice. She knows everybody. We didn't go to a house where she didn't know the other agents. She's well connected.
