This is the second real estate transaction I have done with Tressana. She is simply the best. This one was a purchase of a vacation rental property in Palm Springs. Her knowledge of the market was only surpassed by her ability to find the absolute best people in the dessert - from inspectors, to property managers, to city officials - she worked hard to make sure each person we interacted with was on top of their game. Tressana treated my purchase as if it was her own. She goes over and above. The sellers agent even commented that one of the reasons our offer was accepted was because of how professionally it was presented. He knew how easy she would be to work with simply from the offer! The purchase was smooth and Tressana was available through every step. I highly recommend!

Tressana is a great agent. Unlike other agents I used prior to Tressana she personally showed my condo to prospective buyers rather than just having the buyers agent show it. Tressana is extremely pleasant and greets you with a smile. She represented me on a dual agency lease deal. She is very responsive, always answered my calls/texts, and available to accommodate my schedule. She has been so helpful. I called her about the property only seconds after it came on the market and she not only answered my phone call and my questions but accommodated to show me the place in less than 24 hours. Tressana took pride in representing me and truly made me feel that she cares deeply for her clients. She is the person to get you ahead of the real estate game, work to get you the deal and seal it with a smile.

If I can sum up Rick Tyberg in one sentence, it would be ON THE BALL. Rick is a guy who knows what he's doing and doesn't leave a single stone un-turned. In our transaction with Rick, his attention to detail saved our bacon on more than one occasion, as we were dealing with a buyer's agent who kept trying to sneak little extra things into the contract; when he called them out, they tried it again in a different way, but once again Rick was there with a fine tooth comb to make sure our interests were protected. Rick's lived in LA his entire life and knows the market, so his wealth of knowledge was incredibly helpful. Above all of that, he makes the process fun and enjoyable along the way, while also ensuring you get the best possible deal. I'd recommend Rick in a heartbeat.

Josie made a deal happen that I didn’t think would make it. She found me a multi unit building that was off market. She handled the complex and stressful deal in a calm and logical manner and protected my interest every step of the way. The other agent was very difficult and the escrow officer was slow and didn’t do a good job. Josie stayed on top of them and managed to push through the circus of a deal. We had squatters on the property and Josie did everything needed and beyond, to get every piece of documentation we needed to be protected. I didn’t think the deal could close. Every day I thought it was over but she pushed and was very thorough in her paperwork. She also recommended I start drinking Chamomile tea for my stress! She calmed me down and I got a great deal on the building. She is definitely a bulldog. She was attentive to everyone involved in the transaction and made the impossible, possible.

Michele is the best! She really helped me and my roommates understand the lease process and was also fun to work with. She was very patient and really connected to what we were looking for. She found us a great lease and at the price we wanted. Michele was also looking out for us the whole way and got the landlord to make some much needed repairs and updates to the unit which was beyond our expectations. Tressana was amazing. She's so personable yet incredilbly professional. Every step of the process of the sale of our home was thoroughly explained and took all the worry out of the process. Everyone she recommended - from painters to stagers were the absolute best of the best. And, while we were sad to sell our first home together, she guided us through every offer and counter offer with empathy and ease. I highly recommend her to everyone!

I highly recommend using Josie as your real estate agent. She went above and beyond in helping me not only secure the home that I wanted but in making sure that I got the best deal possible. She proactively suggested and negotiated several critical amenities/terms on my behalf, and continued to remain involved and highly accessible post-close to ensure that all the agreed-upon conditions were being met. I can honestly say that Lori knows the answers to any questions you have about buying or selling your home and answers everything so you completely understand. She’s always ready and willing to be available for anything that comes up. I have bought and sold 2 homes in the past with Lori and she made it as stress free as possible.
