Selling your house in LA is easy. Selling your house in LA and getting the best deal possible - not so easy. The best part of working with Oliver is that he can steer the ship around all the pitfalls that cost you time and money. Buying and selling real estate is always a give and take, but without good representation - you'll be giving - a lot. We were very happy in our case. We finished above asking price and in record time. I estimate we had a 50% shorter start to close time than the average home sale in LA right now. So we finished quickly and didn't come off asking to do it. Oliver is a great deal maker and strong negotiator with solid relationships. Unless you're a real estate pro yourself, I would recommend you partner with Oliver on your next transaction. Oliver was fantastic and really understands the Los Angeles real estate market. Having been to many open houses, we choose Oliver because he was personable and intelligent and I felt like he really engaged well with potential buyers (so many other agents are not as friendly and I wouldn't want them selling my house). He made the whole selling process from start to finish seamless. We had a lot of balls in the air and Oliver was great at juggling our needs- both financial and family (we did not want to uproot our family without a place to go). Additionally, Oliver and his team helped set up our home for showing and a photo shoot and did a great job marketing it. Oliver was also very strategic but ensured that both my husband and I were comfortable with the strategy. Within the first 48 hours after showing, we had 12 offers. We have local aggressive real estate agents on the buy side and he stayed very professional and maintained effective working relationships with everyone. In the end, we got 14% over asking and on got more dollars per square foot basis compared to other homes the same size in our proximity. The other benefit to working with Oliver is that he responds to you directly over phone or email- whatever you choose. He is easy to reach and you do not need to go through assistants to get to him- which is not the norm. He did a great job on the sale of our home and even helped advise us on the buy side. We had already committed to another agent for the buy side of our transaction. However, the transaction was very complicated and Oliver was able to help us navigate through to maximize our benefits and minimize our risks. I would wholeheartedly recommend Oliver without reservation and would definitely use him in our next transaction.

Oliver Mossi represented us as first time home buyers and what a great deal we got. Over 6.5% off of asking price and 4% lower than what we authorized him to close at. That's ridiculously good! That savings was incredibly helpful as first timers! We definitely would have spent more if we weren't represented by Oliver. If you don't know what you're doing, or you simply have a career and don't have time to apply what you know - get this agent to represent you. He takes care of it all. Overall the hunt was efficient, the deal was great, and escrow/inspections were smooth as silk. He even costed and coordinated all of our inspections to help us save some money. In the end, we bought a house we love and we made it safely to mortgage payment #2 and beyond!
