They took amazing photos and had our Loft sold 5 days after it hit the market… and for above asking price. We closed in two weeks!!! The whole process took us three weeks… who does that!!!! Oliver Mossi is just the best. In my case he was the seller's agent. I know that he got me the best price; but, it was not just the best price. It was the best deal. His knowledge is very impressive, his process expertise is masterful, his negotiation skills are excellent but there is so much more. He is not only responsive he is supportive. I had a renovation and Oliver was there every step of the way. His input was critical in affecting the final result.
