A native of South Carolina, Carswell’s real estate career began in the exclusive Highland Park neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. Chris’ sales and strategy acumen began in an unlikely place; the US military. During the 1990s, he served as a newly minted Naval Intelligence Officer in Operation Desert Storm. During his subsequent tour at Naval Special Warfare Command, Chris sold civilian companies on the importance of developing mobile intelligence technology that SEALS could deploy with.
In 2006, Chris donned a new uniform; a suit and tie and thus began his real estate career. At the US Naval Academy, Chris honed skills including integrity, attention to detail and esprit de corps. As a naval officer, he built upon these skills in highly volatile environments. And as your real estate agent, Chris will guide you through complex and at times, difficult transactions.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys being a first time father, attending musicals of almost any kind and a chilled Hanger One martini – served up with a couple olives. In addition, Chris is involved with veterans groups and supports a variety of charities.
