In the summer of 2019, Spencer co-listed the “Brady Bunch” home, which was named “Most popular listing in the United States”. He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, LA Times, Angeleno Magazine, CNBC, Discovery Plus, HGTV and others. Along with his work as both a seller’s and buyer’s agent, Spencer is an active Real Estate investor and has built extensive knowledge of evolving neighborhoods and portfolio-building properties.
A Southern California native, Spencer’s passion for Real Estate began in the beautiful beach town of Santa Barbara. After his first sale, Spencer fell in love with the process of helping others through what can be a momentous change.
Spencer is currently a member of the Carswell and Associates team, one of the most admired Luxury Real Estate teams in the Country.
The Carswell Team’s partnerships with Douglas Elliman and Knight Frank provide an elite platform from which team members can share their abilities with buyer’s and sellers from across the world. The Ernie Carswell and Associates team was ranked in the top 50 Real Estate teams in the United States by The Wall Street Journal in 2020, and continues to rank in the top 10 of teams in the city of Los Angeles.
Spencer spends his free time outside of Real Estate as a professional winemaker and owner of Slyd Wines, a boutique wine label based out of Santa Barbara.
