Having lived in Los Angeles since 2010 he has expanded knowledge of multiple neighborhoods, allowing him to cater to his clients needs and help them find a neighborhood to call home.

Chad hails from Northern California where his family grows and sells produce and have done so for more than 100 years. Working for his family’s company is where he learned the value of hard work and the importance of being passionate about what you do. When Chad isn’t working he enjoys going to the beach, playing piano, and writing songs. Having swam on his high school swim team, Chad is still an avid swimmer and also loves to vacation in Lake Tahoe yearly with family and friends.
