Bill Cooper has lived in the Los Angeles area for over 45 years. His interest in Real Estate began when he bought his first home. Since then Bill has bought, remodeled, and sold several of his own homes and truly understands the Real Estate process as a Buyer, a Seller, and an Investor.

After Bill graduated from USC with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, he held top financial positions in several privately owned corporations before taking an internet marketing company public on the American Stock Exchange in 2000. In 2001 while taking some time off from corporate life, Bill obtained his real estate license and joined Coldwell Banker on the Sunset Strip where he earned his place in Coldwell Banker’s President Club and Diamond Society. He successfully helped clients buy and sell homes in and around West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Mount Washington, and Downtown Los Angeles.

Bill joined Keller Williams Realty in 2006 and then returned to Coldwell Banker in 2012 to help launch their downtown office. Bill returned to Keller Williams to help develop their Downtown LA office and recently joined John Aaroe Group and Pacific Union Int'l DTLA to do the same. When Compass acquired PacUnion Bill was retained as the DTLA Manager. He has enjoyed living and working downtown since 2002 and has been voted Best Residential Realtor® in DTLA. His fervor for downtown is recognized by his involvement with the development of downtown’s real estate as well as its surrounding communities.

Bill is one of the founders and President of the Downtown Real Estate Association. He is also a member of the Central City Association of Los Angeles. He sits on the board of the Society for the Preservation of Downtown Los Angeles and Pershing Square Park Advisory Board.
