Allen Barkau is an experienced Real Estate operations leader with 24 years of progressive responsibility across high performance residential brokerages in Beverly Hills. Allen joined Ernie Carswell in March of 2016 he has served as Administrative Director at Carswell and Associates, overseeing the operations and consulting for Ernie Carswell and his team of 13 Agents.

Previously he was Director of Operations for Williams & Williams Estates (2015–2016), managing escrows, contract resolution, scheduling and daytoday operations for a boutique team. From 2007–2015 he held senior administrative roles at Hilton & Hyland Real Estate, supporting 135 agents and handling insurance negotiations (E&O, workers’ comp, general liability), hiring and training, purchasing and technical resource operations. Earlier roles include office leadership positions at Rodeo Realty, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams and DBL/Sotheby’s, providing payroll, licensing, escrow processing and office setup support for teams ranging from 35 to 125 agents.
