My family had worked with Tressana once before, but this was my first time working with her. She was always professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get the property I wanted. I had the added wrinkle of being in Africa for the first 2 months of the home search and therefore couldn't be there to look at the houses myself or always be available a the right time. She worked with other members of my family to look through all of the homes and narrow them down to just the few she knew I would be interested in. She even put all of my forms online so that I could sign them electronically as I couldn't be there in person. She was a true expert and went above and beyond to find me the property I wanted. Dan was great! He was always on time to every showing we went to and very polite. He communicated and updated me constantly with new information throughout the entire process. He explained things very clearly to me when I was confused or foggy about certain tactics or information.
