Rick seemed to have the best grasp of the situation when we interviewed Realtors to sell our house. Since we had already purchased a home elsewhere, we were not looking to have the house sit on the market for a long time and then have to continually lower the price to chase the market. Rick presented the best plan to achieve our goal. His estimate was the highest of the over half-dozen agents we interviewed and he had the house sold within days of the listing being posted, and at a higher price. During the escrow period Rick and his team were constantly in contact with us. Very few days went by without some contact. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I never once felt anything other than we made the absolute best choice in choosing Rick and his team to sell our house.

Dan was great! He was always on time to every showing we went to and very polite. He communicated and updated me constantly with new information throughout the entire process. He explained things very clearly to me when I was confused or foggy about certain tactics or information. He would go into detail of his strategies and break it down for me when I asked why he was saying this or that. I had no idea real estate was so complex!

Dan was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable of all the areas we looked at including the best restaurants and coffee shops that I could walk to. I must have asked him 50 questions and he had an answer for all of them. He even held my dog while we were touring properties! Oliver was fantastic and really understands the Los Angeles real estate market. Having been to many open houses, we choose Oliver because he was personable and intelligent and I felt like he really engaged well with potential buyers (so many other agents are not as friendly and I wouldn't want them selling my house). He made the whole selling process from start to finish seamless. We had a lot of balls in the air and Oliver was great at juggling our needs- both financial and family (we did not want to uproot our family without a place to go). Additionally, Oliver and his team helped set up our home for showing and a photo shoot and did a great job marketing it. Oliver was also very strategic but ensured that both my husband and I were comfortable with the strategy. Within the first 48 hours after showing, we had 12 offers. We have local aggressive real estate agents on the buy side and he stayed very professional and maintained effective working relationships with everyone. In the end, we got 14% over asking and on got more dollars per square foot basis compared to other homes the same size in our proximity. The other benefit to working with Oliver is that he responds to you directly over phone or email- whatever you choose. He is easy to reach and you do not need to go through assistants to get to him- which is not the norm. He did a great job on the sale of our home and even helped advise us on the buy side. We had already committed to another agent for the buy side of our transaction. However, the transaction was very complicated and Oliver was able to help us navigate through to maximize our benefits and minimize our risks. I would wholeheartedly recommend Oliver without reservation and would definitely use him in our next transaction.

How Likely am I to recommend Steve? Well, I've already recommended him and he helped one of good friends by a condo. Steve was great through the whole process. This was my first home and I knew nothing about what I was doing. I had always been warned about real estate agents being too pushy and just trying to make a sale, but Steve was everything but. He made the process very easy on me and I never felt any pressure. It is obvious that Steve loves what he does. He talks about real estate with a passion and is very knowledgeable about the space. Although I knew he had many clients at the same time as me, whenever I spent time with Steve looking at homes, he made me feel like I was his only client. Steve helped me navigate what I wanted in a home. On our first phone call, he had me list out my priorities in what I was looking for and tailored the search to those priorities. When we went to open houses, he asked all the right questions - important questions that I never would have thought to ask. Steve guided me through the whole process until I found my dream home. A home that checked all the boxes of the original priorities I had. When it came time for negotiations, Steve helped me through that as well and we were able to get a great deal for it. After my offer was accepted, I assumed Steve would disappear, but nope, he continued to help me through inspections, Escrow, and everything else that happens until the process is truly complete. All in all, I had a great experience working with Steve and I would highly recommend him to all. 5 Stars!!
