I very much enjoyed working with Steven Dubin!! He has been in real estate for a very long time and is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The most important to me - Steven is very honest and trustworthy person! He doesn’t try just to make a quick sale pushing and convincing you to buy the first or second property you look at. He really goes above and beyond providing all necessary information, statistics, reports, etc. He works 24 /7 and is extremely fast arranging all the meetings and showings! Dan was great! He was always on time to every showing we went to and very polite. He communicated and updated me constantly with new information throughout the entire process. He explained things very clearly to me when I was confused or foggy about certain tactics or information. He would go into detail of his strategies and break it down for me when I asked why he was saying this or that. I had no idea real estate was so complex!

Rick seemed to have the best grasp of the situation when we interviewed Realtors to sell our house. Since we had already purchased a home elsewhere, we were not looking to have the house sit on the market for a long time and then have to continually lower the price to chase the market. Rick presented the best plan to achieve our goal. His estimate was the highest of the over half-dozen agents we interviewed and he had the house sold within days of the listing being posted, and at a higher price. During the escrow period Rick and his team were constantly in contact with us. Very few days went by without some contact. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I never once felt anything other than we made the absolute best choice in choosing Rick and his team to sell our house.

Rachel was an above-and-beyond agent. She held our hand through many offers before we finally found our next home. Throughout the process she was always skilled and thoughtful in our approach to each decision point. She was also extremely responsive, answering texts immediately, and urgently jumping on tight windows to arrange house visits. The whole time it felt like we were her only clients. In the end she navigated us through a competitive bidding process and helped land us the house that we prayed we would get. To be clear -- we are a high anxiety pair, full of detailed questions and requests for assurance. Tressana was extremely helpful at all stages of the selling process. She totally organized the preparation of the house for sale, which turned out to be a complicated process because of the accumulation of 20 years of clutter, and transformed it into a bright and attractive property. She has a great range of important contacts when it came to the contractors we required for repairs - electricians, painters, stagers, and tradesmen of all kinds - and she was always on top of them to make sure the work was done in a timely way, and was done properly and thoroughly. She was not just trying to make the place just superficially more attractive, but respectful of the needs of the buyer too. The marketing process, including the photography and all aspects of the listing, were perfect. She knows all the relevant regulations inside out and was 100% correct in all her estimates of how things needed to move forward. She was tactful and honest and forthright in her negotiations with potential buyers and kept us in the loop at every step. Her judgment about the timing of the sale and the offering price proved to be totally sound and the net result was that we sold it for quite a bit above the asking price in a matter of a few days after it was listed. She was so thorough in her presentation of the property that the escrow proceeded with no contingencies and was closed within the projected time frame. On top of all this, she is simply a delightful and personable realtor who really goes out to bat for her clients and goes above and beyond in her efforts to serve them.
