The owner died in the premises and, as trustee, I had to HAZMAT clean it up and then update the entire premises including repairs required by HAZMAT. Tressana was both able and willing to guide the work requirements, remodel etc. Then, when she listed the condo, it was sold in less than a week for all cash, AS IS. A wonderful result at a price higher than market in the area for recent sales.

As a first time homebuyer Chris made the process very easy for me. It was a seller's market at the time but I still feel Chris helped me get a great deal on my place. Tressana helped me purchase my first home. I would have been completely lost without her. She goes above and beyond for her clients and always has their best interests at heart. She is honest, hard-working, and genuine. She was always available when I needed her and responded in a timely manner. She has a lot of knowledge and expertise of the west side and could pinpoint the weaknesses and red flags of a property. Once my offer was accepted, she was even there during some minor inspections that I was unable to go to because I was out of town at the time. Dan was great! He was always on time to every showing we went to and very polite. He communicated and updated me constantly with new information throughout the entire process. He explained things very clearly to me when I was confused or foggy about certain tactics or information. He would go into detail of his strategies and break it down for me when I asked why he was saying this or that. I had no idea real estate was so complex!
