To be a homeowner (as a single woman-of-color-immigrant-lady boss-first-time-home-buyer) has always been a vaguely ludicrous, perhaps even completely unattainable dream. But, in 2017, Chris Picket helped turn that dream is reality. I had been searching and putting in offers in the LA area for 1.5 years before I met Chris. I would also making it to the top tier of the offers, but was inevitably muscled out by cash buyers. I felt I had no business calling Chris has he handles multi-million dollar properties and A-listers within the Hollywood community. Nevertheless, I called up Chris out of the blue and explained my situation. He said first-time homeowners were his favorite and that he wanted to help me find the right home. Chris is the type of business partner who listing agents really enjoy working with - he doesn't nag, he doesn't try to manipulate you and he's fair. He's calm, organized and doesn't lose his cool. So he's great to work with no matter which side of the table you're sitting on. Fundamentally, he helped me structure a winning deal that the buyer couldn't say no to and he's known as a closer. He and his staff were prompt and attentive to all my questions - which really helped move things along. Chris also happens to be exceptionally talented and a kind Real Estate Agent, who provided a quality experience and a good humored one. I wasn't traumatized, rather when I closed, I felt empowered.

Rick seemed to have the best grasp of the situation when we interviewed Realtors to sell our house. Since we had already purchased a home elsewhere, we were not looking to have the house sit on the market for a long time and then have to continually lower the price to chase the market. Rick presented the best plan to achieve our goal. His estimate was the highest of the over half-dozen agents we interviewed and he had the house sold within days of the listing being posted, and at a higher price. During the escrow period Rick and his team were constantly in contact with us. Very few days went by without some contact. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I never once felt anything other than we made the absolute best choice in choosing Rick and his team to sell our house.

Oliver Mossi represented us as first time home buyers and what a great deal we got. Over 6.5% off of asking price and 4% lower than what we authorized him to close at. That's ridiculously good! That savings was incredibly helpful as first timers! We definitely would have spent more if we weren't represented by Oliver. If you don't know what you're doing, or you simply have a career and don't have time to apply what you know - get this agent to represent you. He takes care of it all. Overall the hunt was efficient, the deal was great, and escrow/inspections were smooth as silk. He even costed and coordinated all of our inspections to help us save some money. In the end, we bought a house we love and we made it safely to mortgage payment #2 and beyond!

Rachel was an above-and-beyond agent. She held our hand through many offers before we finally found our next home. Throughout the process she was always skilled and thoughtful in our approach to each decision point. She was also extremely responsive, answering texts immediately, and urgently jumping on tight windows to arrange house visits. The whole time it felt like we were her only clients. In the end she navigated us through a competitive bidding process and helped land us the house that we prayed we would get.
