If I can sum up Rick Tyberg in one sentence, it would be ON THE BALL. Rick is a guy who knows what he's doing and doesn't leave a single stone un-turned. In our transaction with Rick, his attention to detail saved our bacon on more than one occasion, as we were dealing with a buyer's agent who kept trying to sneak little extra things into the contract; when he called them out, they tried it again in a different way, but once again Rick was there with a fine tooth comb to make sure our interests were protected. Rick's lived in LA his entire life and knows the market, so his wealth of knowledge was incredibly helpful. Rachel turned out to be the first and only agent we worked with and guided us confidently throughout the whole process.
