Rick seemed to have the best grasp of the situation when we interviewed Realtors to sell our house. Since we had already purchased a home elsewhere, we were not looking to have the house sit on the market for a long time and then have to continually lower the price to chase the market. Rick presented the best plan to achieve our goal. His estimate was the highest of the over half-dozen agents we interviewed and he had the house sold within days of the listing being posted, and at a higher price. During the escrow period Rick and his team were constantly in contact with us. Very few days went by without some contact. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I never once felt anything other than we made the absolute best choice in choosing Rick and his team to sell our house.

He was incredibly respectful and took the time to walk me through every step of the home buying/selling process. Dan was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable of all the areas we looked at including the best restaurants and coffee shops that I could walk to. I must have asked him 50 questions and he had an answer for all of them. He even held my dog while we were touring properties!
