When inspectors were needed she arranged everything and explained the process. For every phase of listing my home as well as the new home purchase she dealt and worked well with the other agents. I had been looking for a place for several weeks, when I came across a townhouse listed with Josie Davis. My schedule was very busy at the time, so Josie rearranged her schedule to show me the unit. Although the unit fit my needs, there were a few items that would prevent me from signing the paperwork. One of the items was parking for a long wheel base SUV, that I use for work. The available parking would not fit my personal vehicle, along with the SUV. Josie worked several days to find alternative parking that I would be satisfied with. She actually found a great space, at no additional charge, for me. I can't say enough about her attentiveness, punctuality, and work ethic. I am sure that I would still be looking for the perfect place if it weren't for Josie. If I were allowed to give 10 stars, I definitely would.

The owner died in the premises and, as trustee, I had to HAZMAT clean it up and then update the entire premises including repairs required by HAZMAT. Tressana was both able and willing to guide the work requirements, remodel etc. Then, when she listed the condo, it was sold in less than a week for all cash, AS IS. A wonderful result at a price higher than market in the area for recent sales.

We would not have been able to get the house we wanted without Rick. One phone call and some pictures was all he needed to get a sense of what we wanted. His knowledge of the area helped us jump onto the house as soon as it was listed. In this housing climate, we had to be fast, but we were never rushed. Rick was extremely efficient in letting us know what our options and rights were as a buyer. He handled the seller's agent, inspections, and made sure our lender stayed on track. He truly kept track of all of it making the home buying process smooth and easy. He really looked out for our interests and made sure we did everything right to make the sale.
