Dan was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable of all the areas we looked at including the best restaurants and coffee shops that I could walk to. Tressana was both able and willing to guide the work requirements, remodel etc. Then, when she listed the condo, it was sold in less than a week for all cash, AS IS. A wonderful result at a price higher than market in the area for recent sales.
