Selling your house in LA is easy. Selling your house in LA and getting the best deal possible - not so easy. The best part of working with Oliver is that he can steer the ship around all the pitfalls that cost you time and money. Buying and selling real estate is always a give and take, but without good representation - you'll be giving - a lot. We were very happy in our case. We finished above asking price and in record time. I estimate we had a 50% shorter start to close time than the average home sale in LA right now. So we finished quickly and didn't come off asking to do it. Oliver is a great deal maker and strong negotiator with solid relationships. Dan was great! He was always on time to every showing we went to and very polite. He communicated and updated me constantly with new information throughout the entire process. He explained things very clearly to me when I was confused or foggy about certain tactics or information. He would go into detail of his strategies and break it down for me when I asked why he was saying this or that. I had no idea real estate was so complex!

Oliver Mossi is just the best. In my case he was the seller's agent. I know that he got me the best price; but, it was not just the best price. It was the best deal. His knowledge is very impressive, his process expertise is masterful, his negotiation skills are excellent but there is so much more. He is not only responsive he is supportive.
