Rick was extremely efficient in letting us know what our options and rights were as a buyer. He handled the seller's agent, inspections, and made sure our lender stayed on track. Over the several months we spent looking at many houses together, my wife and I never felt rushed or pushed into buying a home we did not love. Once we found our perfect home, Oliver and Elizabeth were there every step of the way from the initial negotiations till closing.
