This is the second real estate transaction I have done with Tressana. She is simply the best. This one was a purchase of a vacation rental property in Palm Springs. Her knowledge of the market was only surpassed by her ability to find the absolute best people in the dessert - from inspectors, to property managers, to city officials - she worked hard to make sure each person we interacted with was on top of their game. Where do I start? I was going to get a divorce and needed to sell my house. Michele came over to give me her opinion on what she thought my house was worth and some things that I should do to my house to get ready to sell. She also saw my vision...I had a midcentury house. Whereas other realtors just did't get it. Michele was also so sensitive to my situation. She never pressured me into anything, she was very patient with me and waited until I was completely ready to sell. Michele is a genuine person and really does care about people. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Michele is the best! She really helped me and my roommates understand the lease process and was also fun to work with. She was very patient and really connected to what we were looking for. She found us a great lease and at the price we wanted. Michele was also looking out for us the whole way and got the landlord to make some much needed repairs and updates to the unit which was beyond our expectations.
