We would not have been able to get the house we wanted without Rick. One phone call and some pictures was all he needed to get a sense of what we wanted. His knowledge of the area helped us jump onto the house as soon as it was listed. In this housing climate, we had to be fast, but we were never rushed. Rick was extremely efficient in letting us know what our options and rights were as a buyer. He handled the seller's agent, inspections, and made sure our lender stayed on track. He truly kept track of all of it making the home buying process smooth and easy. He really looked out for our interests and made sure we did everything right to make the sale. Dan was great! He was always on time to every showing we went to and very polite. He communicated and updated me constantly with new information throughout the entire process. He explained things very clearly to me when I was confused or foggy about certain tactics or information. He would go into detail of his strategies and break it down for me when I asked why he was saying this or that. I had no idea real estate was so complex!
