Tressana was both able and willing to guide the work requirements, remodel etc. Then, when she listed the condo, it was sold in less than a week for all cash, AS IS. A wonderful result at a price higher than market in the area for recent sales.

The best part of working with Oliver is that he can steer the ship around all the pitfalls that cost you time and money. We finished above asking price and in record time. I estimate we had a 50% shorter start to close time than the average home sale in LA right now.
