I had the pleasure of working with Tressana during the selling of my property and the purchasing of my new home. Without her I would have been scared, lost and confused. When inspectors were needed she arranged everything and explained the process. For every phase of listing my home as well as the new home purchase she dealt and worked well with the other agents. I highly recommend using Josie as your real estate agent. She went above and beyond in helping me not only secure the home that I wanted but in making sure that I got the best deal possible. She proactively suggested and negotiated several critical amenities/terms on my behalf, and continued to remain involved and highly accessible post-close to ensure that all the agreed-upon conditions were being met. Michele is a true professional and a genuine person who is a joy to work with on a day to day basis. She is balanced in her assessments of value and worked hard to deliver a great end result above the list price and immediate comps. She brought her experience, judgment, relationships with staging companies and contractors, and consistent hard work throughout the process. Michele managed the entire sale process on the ground in LA as I am based in the NYC and she proved completely dependable and trustworthy. She provided frequent communication along the way and worked with me to make key decisions in partnership at key junctures. Oliver was fantastic and really understands the Los Angeles real estate market. Having been to many open houses, we choose Oliver because he was personable and intelligent and I felt like he really engaged well with potential buyers (so many other agents are not as friendly and I wouldn't want them selling my house). He made the whole selling process from start to finish seamless. We had a lot of balls in the air and Oliver was great at juggling our needs- both financial and family (we did not want to uproot our family without a place to go). Additionally, Oliver and his team helped set up our home for showing and a photo shoot and did a great job marketing it. Oliver was also very strategic but ensured that both my husband and I were comfortable with the strategy. Within the first 48 hours after showing, we had 12 offers. We have local aggressive real estate agents on the buy side and he stayed very professional and maintained effective working relationships with everyone. In the end, we got 14% over asking and on got more dollars per square foot basis compared to other homes the same size in our proximity. The other benefit to working with Oliver is that he responds to you directly over phone or email- whatever you choose. He is easy to reach and you do not need to go through assistants to get to him- which is not the norm. He did a great job on the sale of our home and even helped advise us on the buy side. We had already committed to another agent for the buy side of our transaction. However, the transaction was very complicated and Oliver was able to help us navigate through to maximize our benefits and minimize our risks. I would wholeheartedly recommend Oliver without reservation and would definitely use him in our next transaction.

Dan was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable of all the areas we looked at including the best restaurants and coffee shops that I could walk to. I must have asked him 50 questions and he had an answer for all of them. He even held my dog while we were touring properties!
