The owner died in the premises and, as trustee, I had to HAZMAT clean it up and then update the entire premises including repairs required by HAZMAT. Tressana was both able and willing to guide the work requirements, remodel etc. Then, when she listed the condo, it was sold in less than a week for all cash, AS IS. A wonderful result at a price higher than market in the area for recent sales.

As a first time buyer, I was very satisfied with the process of purchasing my first home, which Tressana made very easy. Her professional appearance & being always on time made the purchase done quickly. It was October in 2008 and applying for credit was very difficult. With Tressana's knowledge & experience as a real estate agent I bought my own house without any delay. This is a second review for Russell, since this time I was a seller. Honestly, just save yourself any further trouble/searching - Russell is the agent you MUST have, no matter which side of a transaction you are on. More than anything else, he tells you the truth and gives you his honest opinion. What he tells you is NOT based on the commission; It's what he believes in his heart, because he looks at the long game and knows that repeat clients and constant referrals are the key to success.

We would not have been able to get the house we wanted without Rick. One phone call and some pictures was all he needed to get a sense of what we wanted. His knowledge of the area helped us jump onto the house as soon as it was listed. In this housing climate, we had to be fast, but we were never rushed. Rick was extremely efficient in letting us know what our options and rights were as a buyer. He handled the seller's agent, inspections, and made sure our lender stayed on track. He truly kept track of all of it making the home buying process smooth and easy. He really looked out for our interests and made sure we did everything right to make the sale. It's a shame we won't be buying another house for a long time, he was that great to work with!

My family had worked with Tressana once before, but this was my first time working with her. She was always professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get the property I wanted. I had the added wrinkle of being in Africa for the first 2 months of the home search and therefore couldn't be there to look at the houses myself or always be available a the right time. She worked with other members of my family to look through all of the homes and narrow them down to just the few she knew I would be interested in. She even put all of my forms online so that I could sign them electronically as I couldn't be there in person. She was a true expert and went above and beyond to find me the property I wanted. Plus, I got a very nice gift after the process was all done!

I highly recommend using Josie as your real estate agent. She went above and beyond in helping me not only secure the home that I wanted but in making sure that I got the best deal possible. She proactively suggested and negotiated several critical amenities/terms on my behalf, and continued to remain involved and highly accessible post-close to ensure that all the agreed-upon conditions were being met. She was always extremely responsive to calls, texts and emails, and reacted quickly to resolve any unexpected issues that arose. And on top of all that, she's very genuine and easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate in using her again or recommending her to friends/family/colleagues.

Rachel was an above-and-beyond agent. She held our hand through many offers before we finally found our next home. Throughout the process she was always skilled and thoughtful in our approach to each decision point. She was also extremely responsive, answering texts immediately, and urgently jumping on tight windows to arrange house visits. The whole time it felt like we were her only clients. In the end she navigated us through a competitive bidding process and helped land us the house that we prayed we would get. To be clear -- we are a high anxiety pair, full of detailed questions and requests for assurance. Rachel was always a step ahead of us, and so reliably on point in her ability to address our concerns. This was our second time buying a home and we have a stack of complaints about our first buyers agent, but we don't have a single one about Rachel. She was so fantastic and I will recommend her to everyone I know.

Where do I start? I was going to get a divorce and needed to sell my house. Michele came over to give me her opinion on what she thought my house was worth and some things that I should do to my house to get ready to sell. She also saw my vision...I had a midcentury house. Whereas other realtors just did't get it. Michele was also so sensitive to my situation. She never pressured me into anything, she was very patient with me and waited until I was completely ready to sell. Michele is a genuine person and really does care about people. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

If I can sum up Rick Tyberg in one sentence, it would be ON THE BALL. Rick is a guy who knows what he's doing and doesn't leave a single stone un-turned. In our transaction with Rick, his attention to detail saved our bacon on more than one occasion, as we were dealing with a buyer's agent who kept trying to sneak little extra things into the contract; when he called them out, they tried it again in a different way, but once again Rick was there with a fine tooth comb to make sure our interests were protected. Rick's lived in LA his entire life and knows the market, so his wealth of knowledge was incredibly helpful. Above all of that, he makes the process fun and enjoyable along the way, while also ensuring you get the best possible deal. I'd recommend Rick in a heartbeat.
