How Likely am I to recommend Steve? Well, I've already recommended him and he helped one of good friends by a condo. Steve was great through the whole process. This was my first home and I knew nothing about what I was doing. I had always been warned about real estate agents being too pushy and just trying to make a sale, but Steve was everything but. He made the process very easy on me and I never felt any pressure. It is obvious that Steve loves what he does. He talks about real estate with a passion and is very knowledgeable about the space. Although I knew he had many clients at the same time as me, whenever I spent time with Steve looking at homes, he made me feel like I was his only client. Steve helped me navigate what I wanted in a home. On our first phone call, he had me list out my priorities in what I was looking for and tailored the search to those priorities. When we went to open houses, he asked all the right questions - important questions that I never would have thought to ask. Steve guided me through the whole process until I found my dream home. A home that checked all the boxes of the original priorities I had. When it came time for negotiations, Steve helped me through that as well and we were able to get a great deal for it. After my offer was accepted, I assumed Steve would disappear, but nope, he continued to help me through inspections, Escrow, and everything else that happens until the process is truly complete. All in all, I had a great experience working with Steve and I would highly recommend him to all. 5 Stars!!

To be a homeowner (as a single woman-of-color-immigrant-lady boss-first-time-home-buyer) has always been a vaguely ludicrous, perhaps even completely unattainable dream. But, in 2017, Chris Picket helped turn that dream is reality. I had been searching and putting in offers in the LA area for 1.5 years before I met Chris. I would also making it to the top tier of the offers, but was inevitably muscled out by cash buyers. I felt I had no business calling Chris has he handles multi-million dollar properties and A-listers within the Hollywood community. Nevertheless, I called up Chris out of the blue and explained my situation. He said first-time homeowners were his favorite and that he wanted to help me find the right home. Chris is the type of business partner who listing agents really enjoy working with - he doesn't nag, he doesn't try to manipulate you and he's fair. He's calm, organized and doesn't lose his cool. So he's great to work with no matter which side of the table you're sitting on. Fundamentally, he helped me structure a winning deal that the buyer couldn't say no to and he's known as a closer. He and his staff were prompt and attentive to all my questions - which really helped move things along. Chris also happens to be exceptionally talented and a kind Real Estate Agent, who provided a quality experience and a good humored one. I wasn't traumatized, rather when I closed, I felt empowered.

Steven Dubin sold my home quickly and efficiently, with zero drama! He then showed me houses that met all my requirements and was so patient with all my questions. He was incredibly respectful and took the time to walk me through every step of the home buying/selling process. He was also impressively knowledgable about selling a home and when buying, he knew about each neighborhood, and shared his keen understanding of architecture and building, which was so helpful. He was also delightful company and a pleasure to spend time with (he always had refreshments in his car on hot days!). I strongly recommend Steven Dubin when buying or selling a home!

We would not have been able to get the house we wanted without Rick. One phone call and some pictures was all he needed to get a sense of what we wanted. His knowledge of the area helped us jump onto the house as soon as it was listed. In this housing climate, we had to be fast, but we were never rushed. Rick was extremely efficient in letting us know what our options and rights were as a buyer. He handled the seller's agent, inspections, and made sure our lender stayed on track. He truly kept track of all of it making the home buying process smooth and easy. He really looked out for our interests and made sure we did everything right to make the sale. It's a shame we won't be buying another house for a long time, he was that great to work with!

Dan was great! He was always on time to every showing we went to and very polite. He communicated and updated me constantly with new information throughout the entire process. He explained things very clearly to me when I was confused or foggy about certain tactics or information. He would go into detail of his strategies and break it down for me when I asked why he was saying this or that. I had no idea real estate was so complex!

Where do I start? I was going to get a divorce and needed to sell my house. Michele came over to give me her opinion on what she thought my house was worth and some things that I should do to my house to get ready to sell. She also saw my vision...I had a midcentury house. Whereas other realtors just did't get it. Michele was also so sensitive to my situation. She never pressured me into anything, she was very patient with me and waited until I was completely ready to sell. Michele is a genuine person and really does care about people. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

This is the second real estate transaction I have done with Tressana. She is simply the best. This one was a purchase of a vacation rental property in Palm Springs. Her knowledge of the market was only surpassed by her ability to find the absolute best people in the dessert - from inspectors, to property managers, to city officials - she worked hard to make sure each person we interacted with was on top of their game. Tressana treated my purchase as if it was her own. She goes over and above.
