Josie made a deal happen that I didn’t think would make it. She found me a multi unit building that was off market. She handled the complex and stressful deal in a calm and logical manner and protected my interest every step of the way. The other agent was very difficult and the escrow officer was slow and didn’t do a good job. Josie stayed on top of them and managed to push through the circus of a deal. We had squatters on the property and Josie did everything needed and beyond, to get every piece of documentation we needed to be protected. I didn’t think the deal could close. Every day I thought it was over but she pushed and was very thorough in her paperwork. She also recommended I start drinking Chamomile tea for my stress! She calmed me down and I got a great deal on the building. She is definitely a bulldog. She was attentive to everyone involved in the transaction and made the impossible, possible.

Rachel is a textbook example of what makes for a great buyer's agent. We were first-time homebuyers and also looking at properties remotely. Rachel turned out to be the first and only agent we worked with and guided us confidently throughout the whole process. Once we had our eyes set on a property, Rachel really made us feel comfortable and helped us strategize on placing competitive offers. Afterwards, we really relied on Rachel as we were mostly remote during the escrow process. She coordinated all inspections, made numerous trips to the property in our place, and overall was extremely communicative. Dan was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable of all the areas we looked at including the best restaurants and coffee shops that I could walk to. I must have asked him 50 questions and he had an answer for all of them. He even held my dog while we were touring properties! Oliver Mossi represented us as first time home buyers and what a great deal we got. Over 6.5% off of asking price and 4% lower than what we authorized him to close at. That's ridiculously good! That savings was incredibly helpful as first timers! We definitely would have spent more if we weren't represented by Oliver. If you don't know what you're doing, or you simply have a career and don't have time to apply what you know - get this agent to represent you. He takes care of it all. Overall the hunt was efficient, the deal was great, and escrow/inspections were smooth as silk. He even costed and coordinated all of our inspections to help us save some money. In the end, we bought a house we love and we made it safely to mortgage payment #2 and beyond!

We would not have been able to get the house we wanted without Rick. One phone call and some pictures was all he needed to get a sense of what we wanted. His knowledge of the area helped us jump onto the house as soon as it was listed. In this housing climate, we had to be fast, but we were never rushed. Rick was extremely efficient in letting us know what our options and rights were as a buyer. He handled the seller's agent, inspections, and made sure our lender stayed on track. He truly kept track of all of it making the home buying process smooth and easy. He really looked out for our interests and made sure we did everything right to make the sale.
