To be a homeowner (as a single woman-of-color-immigrant-lady boss-first-time-home-buyer) has always been a vaguely ludicrous, perhaps even completely unattainable dream. But, in 2017, Chris Picket helped turn that dream is reality. I had been searching and putting in offers in the LA area for 1.5 years before I met Chris. I would also making it to the top tier of the offers, but was inevitably muscled out by cash buyers. I felt I had no business calling Chris has he handles multi-million dollar properties and A-listers within the Hollywood community. Nevertheless, I called up Chris out of the blue and explained my situation. He said first-time homeowners were his favorite and that he wanted to help me find the right home. Chris is the type of business partner who listing agents really enjoy working with - he doesn't nag, he doesn't try to manipulate you and he's fair. He's calm, organized and doesn't lose his cool. So he's great to work with no matter which side of the table you're sitting on. Fundamentally, he helped me structure a winning deal that the buyer couldn't say no to and he's known as a closer. He and his staff were prompt and attentive to all my questions - which really helped move things along. Chris also happens to be exceptionally talented and a kind Real Estate Agent, who provided a quality experience and a good humored one. I wasn't traumatized, rather when I closed, I felt empowered.

As a first time homebuyer Chris made the process very easy for me. It was a seller's market at the time but I still feel Chris helped me get a great deal on my place. I provided only 3 requirements of the home and he met them all. Was very respectful of my time and did not send me properties outside of criteria. I would give my highest recommendation to Oliver and his partner Elizabeth. They helped my wife and I find the perfect home. We were drawn to Oliver because of his character, honesty and professionalism. Over the several months we spent looking at many houses together, my wife and I never felt rushed or pushed into buying a home we did not love. Once we found our perfect home, Oliver and Elizabeth were there every step of the way from the initial negotiations till closing. Throughout the entire process, we felt like Oliver had our best interest in mind and negotiated strenuously on our behalf. Buying a home in Los Angeles can be daunting and overwhelming task. Dealing with Oliver and Elizabeth was a breath of fresh air. Knowing they were in our corner alleviated much stress and allowed for a wonderful home buying experience.

Oliver Mossi is a real estate agent extraordinaire! He went so far above and beyond what any other agent would have done for us. He is the reason we were able to finally complete the sale of our house. We had a very unusual situation when we sold our rental house. The tenant who signed the lease left at the end of the rental term but his estranged wife refused to leave and squatted for 3 months in an empty house. Oliver was tasked with getting the house sold which he managed to do after having to show it with the wife in it. He then had to work with the new owners, estranged husband and ourselves to evict her. This situation was compounded by the fact that she was a meth addict and an alcoholic. Oliver was the ONLY person she would deal with so he was thrust into the position of go between trying to keep her from destroying the house and getting her out. This went on for an agonizing 3 months and included constant vitriolic emails and texts from a crazy woman at all hours of the day and night. It took a special person to get this all sorted out and Oliver was that person. There is no doubt the outcome would have been much worse had he not stepped up and worked through all the issues on our behalf. Oliver Mossi is a diligent, hardworking agent. He was able to show and solicit offers for our house under very trying circumstances. And when it looked like we would lose the sale due to a crazy woman he came up with creative ways to work through all the challenges. This is the second time Oliver has been our agent. He sold us our current home several years ago and while there was nothing unusual about that sale he provided stellar service and guidance through the process. HE is a really GREAT real estate agent and we will use him again when we sell our current home!
