I first met Chris by calling one of his listings in the Hollywood Hills. A couple years later Chris sold my house in the Hills and helped me buy my house in Orange County. During that process, Chris was not only impressive on his knowledge of the area but also on his true partnership he forms with clients. He is super transparent and does not over promise but does over deliver! Over the course of this time and beyond, Chris became a trusted and respected friend of mine. My family had worked with Tressana once before, but this was my first time working with her. She was always professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get the property I wanted. I had the added wrinkle of being in Africa for the first 2 months of the home search and therefore couldn't be there to look at the houses myself or always be available a the right time. She worked with other members of my family to look through all of the homes and narrow them down to just the few she knew I would be interested in. She even put all of my forms online so that I could sign them electronically as I couldn't be there in person. She was a true expert and went above and beyond to find me the property I wanted. Plus, I got a very nice gift after the process was all done!

Dan was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable of all the areas we looked at including the best restaurants and coffee shops that I could walk to. I must have asked him 50 questions and he had an answer for all of them. He even held my dog while we were touring properties! I will definitely use him in the future and have recommended him to my closest friends.

Honestly, just save yourself any further trouble/searching - Russell is the agent you MUST have, no matter which side of a transaction you are on.
