This is the second real estate transaction I have done with Tressana. She is simply the best. This one was a purchase of a vacation rental property in Palm Springs. Her knowledge of the market was only surpassed by her ability to find the absolute best people in the dessert - from inspectors, to property managers, to city officials - she worked hard to make sure each person we interacted with was on top of their game. Tressana treated my purchase as if it was her own. She goes over and above. Selling a house can be overwhelming and stressful, but Oliver and Elizabeth make it as simple as possible. They are prompt, communicative, professional and savvy. They helped us stage and massively declutter our home. Elizabeth, who has an amazing eye for staging, helped with placement of furniture, decorative items and lighting. Oliver brought in a gardening team that not only artfully pruned and weeded, but did light masonry work to fix and widen our brick walkway, added a drip line to make our yard completely irrigated, and added plants to fill in areas and add color. These efforts helped the appearance and increased the value of our home. By the end, our home looked far more spacious, inviting, cleaned up and ready for a photo shoot worthy of a magazine piece. They know exactly how to price a house. Our home sold quickly and at a price that far surpassed our expectations. We placed the price higher than I imagined we would and ended up with an offer far above asking. Additionally, when the buyers inspection was complete, Oliver was able to negotiate in our favor. Oliver and Elizabeth presented a time line explaining the entire process from start to finish. There was never a snag or unexpected event. All paper work was filed promptly and all emails and phone calls returned immediately. What can be an emotional process remained very simple and low key. They are delightful, considerate and intelligent people that made the experience as easy as one could imagine. Make the right choice and hire them! You will be happy you did.

Dan was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable of all the areas we looked at including the best restaurants and coffee shops that I could walk to. I must have asked him 50 questions and he had an answer for all of them. He even held my dog while we were touring properties! Oliver was fantastic and really understands the Los Angeles real estate market. Having been to many open houses, we choose Oliver because he was personable and intelligent and I felt like he really engaged well with potential buyers (so many other agents are not as friendly and I wouldn't want them selling my house). He made the whole selling process from start to finish seamless. We had a lot of balls in the air and Oliver was great at juggling our needs- both financial and family (we did not want to uproot our family without a place to go). Additionally, Oliver and his team helped set up our home for showing and a photo shoot and did a great job marketing it. Oliver was also very strategic but ensured that both my husband and I were comfortable with the strategy. Within the first 48 hours after showing, we had 12 offers. We have local aggressive real estate agents on the buy side and he stayed very professional and maintained effective working relationships with everyone. In the end, we got 14% over asking and on got more dollars per square foot basis compared to other homes the same size in our proximity. The other benefit to working with Oliver is that he responds to you directly over phone or email- whatever you choose. He is easy to reach and you do not need to go through assistants to get to him- which is not the norm. He did a great job on the sale of our home and even helped advise us on the buy side. We had already committed to another agent for the buy side of our transaction. However, the transaction was very complicated and Oliver was able to help us navigate through to maximize our benefits and minimize our risks. I would wholeheartedly recommend Oliver without reservation and would definitely use him in our next transaction.
