I highly recommend using Josie as your real estate agent. She went above and beyond in helping me not only secure the home that I wanted but in making sure that I got the best deal possible. She proactively suggested and negotiated several critical amenities/terms on my behalf, and continued to remain involved and highly accessible post-close to ensure that all the agreed-upon conditions were being met. Where do I start? I was going to get a divorce and needed to sell my house. Michele came over to give me her opinion on what she thought my house was worth and some things that I should do to my house to get ready to sell. She also saw my vision...I had a midcentury house. Whereas other realtors just did't get it. Michele was also so sensitive to my situation. She never pressured me into anything, she was very patient with me and waited until I was completely ready to sell. Michele is a genuine person and really does care about people. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

I first met Chris by calling one of his listings in the Hollywood Hills. A couple years later Chris sold my house in the Hills and helped me buy my house in Orange County. During that process, Chris was not only impressive on his knowledge of the area but also on his true partnership he forms with clients. He is super transparent and does not over promise but does over deliver! Over the course of this time and beyond, Chris became a trusted and respected friend of mine. Rachel was an above-and-beyond agent. She held our hand through many offers before we finally found our next home. Throughout the process she was always skilled and thoughtful in our approach to each decision point. She was also extremely responsive, answering texts immediately, and urgently jumping on tight windows to arrange house visits. The whole time it felt like we were her only clients. In the end she navigated us through a competitive bidding process and helped land us the house that we prayed we would get. To be clear -- we are a high anxiety pair, full of detailed questions and requests for assurance. Rachel was always a step ahead of us, and so reliably on point in her ability to address our concerns. This was our second time buying a home and we have a stack of complaints about our first buyers agent, but we don't have a single one about Rachel. We were incredibly impressed with the job that Mark did for us. He handled both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one. On the sale, he developed a very successful strategy that produced ten bids and maximized our sale price. On our purchase, he took the time to learn what we wanted, was proactive in showing us properties in a very tight market, and helped us emerge with a very desirable house after negotiating well on all of our deal points. Michele is a true professional and a genuine person who is a joy to work with on a day to day basis. She is balanced in her assessments of value and worked hard to deliver a great end result above the list price and immediate comps. She brought her experience, judgment, relationships with staging companies and contractors, and consistent hard work throughout the process. Michele managed the entire sale process on the ground in LA as I am based in the NYC and she proved completely dependable and trustworthy. She provided frequent communication along the way and worked with me to make key decisions in partnership at key junctures. Once the contract was signed, she worked closely with the buyer side, their inspectors and contractors and managed the process during escrow to get us efficiently to the closing. Michele went above and beyond to help us find our new home in Burbank. She is kind and courteous and a joy to tour possible homes with. Michele showed us numerous houses around the San Fernando valley until we found the perfect one. She gave us constant updates on new properties as they became available. Oliver Mossi represented us as first time home buyers and what a great deal we got. Over 6.5% off of asking price and 4% lower than what we authorized him to close at. That's ridiculously good! That savings was incredibly helpful as first timers! We definitely would have spent more if we weren't represented by Oliver. If you don't know what you're doing, or you simply have a career and don't have time to apply what you know - get this agent to represent you. He takes care of it all. Overall the hunt was efficient, the deal was great, and escrow/inspections were smooth as silk. He even costed and coordinated all of our inspections to help us save some money. In the end, we bought a house we love and we made it safely to mortgage payment #2 and beyond!

Dan was such a gentleman every time we saw each other. He always opened doors for me and was very helpful. He gave me his arm when we were going down the stairs when I was wearing my heels. Such a gentleman. He was so well versed in the neighborhood and had some very good observations that I would not have caught on my own. I will absolutely use him in the future - A class act!
