My family had worked with Tressana once before, but this was my first time working with her. She was always professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get the property I wanted. I had the added wrinkle of being in Africa for the first 2 months of the home search and therefore couldn't be there to look at the houses myself or always be available a the right time. She worked with other members of my family to look through all of the homes and narrow them down to just the few she knew I would be interested in. She even put all of my forms online so that I could sign them electronically as I couldn't be there in person. She was a true expert and went above and beyond to find me the property I wanted. Plus, I got a very nice gift after the process was all done!

We started looking for homes when the pandemic started and could not find anything we liked. The one home my wife liked had just gotten into escrow. Pia stayed in touch with the listing agent and we got the property on the same day it fell out of escrow and her persuasive methods helped us in not having to compete to get the home. Rick’s knowledge in Appraising & Construction was extremely helpful during the negotiation and inspection process. He was tedious at negotiating price and every single item in the inspection report. The owner died in the premises and, as trustee, I had to HAZMAT clean it up and then update the entire premises including repairs required by HAZMAT. Tressana was both able and willing to guide the work requirements, remodel etc. Then, when she listed the condo, it was sold in less than a week for all cash, AS IS. A wonderful result at a price higher than market in the area for recent sales.

Tressana was extremely helpful at all stages of the selling process. She totally organized the preparation of the house for sale, which turned out to be a complicated process because of the accumulation of 20 years of clutter, and transformed it into a bright and attractive property. She has a great range of important contacts when it came to the contractors we required for repairs - electricians, painters, stagers, and tradesmen of all kinds - and she was always on top of them to make sure the work was done in a timely way, and was done properly and thoroughly. She was not just trying to make the place just superficially more attractive, but respectful of the needs of the buyer too. The marketing process, including the photography and all aspects of the listing, were perfect. She knows all the relevant regulations inside out and was 100% correct in all her estimates of how things needed to move forward. She was tactful and honest and forthright in her negotiations with potential buyers and kept us in the loop at every step. Her judgment about the timing of the sale and the offering price proved to be totally sound and the net result was that we sold it for quite a bit above the asking price in a matter of a few days after it was listed. She was so thorough in her presentation of the property that the escrow proceeded with no contingencies and was closed within the projected time frame. On top of all this, she is simply a delightful and personable realtor who really goes out to bat for her clients and goes above and beyond in her efforts to serve them.

How Likely am I to recommend Steve? Well, I've already recommended him and he helped one of good friends by a condo. Steve was great through the whole process. This was my first home and I knew nothing about what I was doing. I had always been warned about real estate agents being too pushy and just trying to make a sale, but Steve was everything but. He made the process very easy on me and I never felt any pressure. It is obvious that Steve loves what he does. He talks about real estate with a passion and is very knowledgeable about the space. Although I knew he had many clients at the same time as me, whenever I spent time with Steve looking at homes, he made me feel like I was his only client. Steve helped me navigate what I wanted in a home. On our first phone call, he had me list out my priorities in what I was looking for and tailored the search to those priorities. When we went to open houses, he asked all the right questions - important questions that I never would have thought to ask. Steve guided me through the whole process until I found my dream home. A home that checked all the boxes of the original priorities I had. When it came time for negotiations, Steve helped me through that as well and we were able to get a great deal for it. After my offer was accepted, I assumed Steve would disappear, but nope, he continued to help me through inspections, Escrow, and everything else that happens until the process is truly complete. All in all, I had a great experience working with Steve and I would highly recommend him to all. 5 Stars!!
