Dan was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable of all the areas we looked at including the best restaurants and coffee shops that I could walk to. My family had worked with Tressana once before, but this was my first time working with her. She was always professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get the property I wanted. I had the added wrinkle of being in Africa for the first 2 months of the home search and therefore couldn't be there to look at the houses myself or always be available a the right time. She worked with other members of my family to look through all of the homes and narrow them down to just the few she knew I would be interested in. She even put all of my forms online so that I could sign them electronically as I couldn't be there in person. She was a true expert and went above and beyond to find me the property I wanted. Rick seemed to have the best grasp of the situation when we interviewed Realtors to sell our house. Since we had already purchased a home elsewhere, we were not looking to have the house sit on the market for a long time and then have to continually lower the price to chase the market. Rick presented the best plan to achieve our goal. His estimate was the highest of the over half-dozen agents we interviewed and he had the house sold within days of the listing being posted, and at a higher price. During the escrow period Rick and his team were constantly in contact with us. Very few days went by without some contact. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I never once felt anything other than we made the absolute best choice in choosing Rick and his team to sell our house.

Selling a house can be overwhelming and stressful, but Oliver and Elizabeth make it as simple as possible. They are prompt, communicative, professional and savvy. They helped us stage and massively declutter our home. Elizabeth, who has an amazing eye for staging, helped with placement of furniture, decorative items and lighting. Oliver brought in a gardening team that not only artfully pruned and weeded, but did light masonry work to fix and widen our brick walkway, added a drip line to make our yard completely irrigated, and added plants to fill in areas and add color. These efforts helped the appearance and increased the value of our home. By the end, our home looked far more spacious, inviting, cleaned up and ready for a photo shoot worthy of a magazine piece. They know exactly how to price a house. Our home sold quickly and at a price that far surpassed our expectations. We placed the price higher than I imagined we would and ended up with an offer far above asking. Additionally, when the buyers inspection was complete, Oliver was able to negotiate in our favor. Oliver and Elizabeth presented a time line explaining the entire process from start to finish. There was never a snag or unexpected event. All paper work was filed promptly and all emails and phone calls returned immediately. What can be an emotional process remained very simple and low key. They are delightful, considerate and intelligent people that made the experience as easy as one could imagine. Make the right choice and hire them! You will be happy you did.

Tressana was extremely helpful at all stages of the selling process. She totally organized the preparation of the house for sale, which turned out to be a complicated process because of the accumulation of 20 years of clutter, and transformed it into a bright and attractive property. She has a great range of important contacts when it came to the contractors we required for repairs - electricians, painters, stagers, and tradesmen of all kinds - and she was always on top of them to make sure the work was done in a timely way, and was done properly and thoroughly. She was not just trying to make the place just superficially more attractive, but respectful of the needs of the buyer too. The marketing process, including the photography and all aspects of the listing, were perfect. She knows all the relevant regulations inside out and was 100% correct in all her estimates of how things needed to move forward. She was tactful and honest and forthright in her negotiations with potential buyers and kept us in the loop at every step. Her judgment about the timing of the sale and the offering price proved to be totally sound and the net result was that we sold it for quite a bit above the asking price in a matter of a few days after it was listed. She was so thorough in her presentation of the property that the escrow proceeded with no contingencies and was closed within the projected time frame. On top of all this, she is simply a delightful and personable realtor who really goes out to bat for her clients and goes above and beyond in her efforts to serve them.
