Rachel was an above-and-beyond agent. She held our hand through many offers before we finally found our next home. Throughout the process she was always skilled and thoughtful in our approach to each decision point. She was also extremely responsive, answering texts immediately, and urgently jumping on tight windows to arrange house visits. The whole time it felt like we were her only clients. In the end she navigated us through a competitive bidding process and helped land us the house that we prayed we would get. To be clear -- we are a high anxiety pair, full of detailed questions and requests for assurance. Rachel was always a step ahead of us, and so reliably on point in her ability to address our concerns. This was our second time buying a home and we have a stack of complaints about our first buyers agent, but we don't have a single one about Rachel. We would not have been able to get the house we wanted without Rick. One phone call and some pictures was all he needed to get a sense of what we wanted. His knowledge of the area helped us jump onto the house as soon as it was listed. In this housing climate, we had to be fast, but we were never rushed. Rick was extremely efficient in letting us know what our options and rights were as a buyer. He handled the seller's agent, inspections, and made sure our lender stayed on track. He truly kept track of all of it making the home buying process smooth and easy. He really looked out for our interests and made sure we did everything right to make the sale. It's a shame we won't be buying another house for a long time, he was that great to work with!

Josie made a deal happen that I didn’t think would make it. She found me a multi unit building that was off market. She handled the complex and stressful deal in a calm and logical manner and protected my interest every step of the way. The other agent was very difficult and the escrow officer was slow and didn’t do a good job. Josie stayed on top of them and managed to push through the circus of a deal. We had squatters on the property and Josie did everything needed and beyond, to get every piece of documentation we needed to be protected. I didn’t think the deal could close. Every day I thought it was over but she pushed and was very thorough in her paperwork. She also recommended I start drinking Chamomile tea for my stress! She calmed me down and I got a great deal on the building. She is definitely a bulldog. She was attentive to everyone involved in the transaction and made the impossible, possible.

Rick seemed to have the best grasp of the situation when we interviewed Realtors to sell our house. Since we had already purchased a home elsewhere, we were not looking to have the house sit on the market for a long time and then have to continually lower the price to chase the market. Rick presented the best plan to achieve our goal. His estimate was the highest of the over half-dozen agents we interviewed and he had the house sold within days of the listing being posted, and at a higher price. During the escrow period Rick and his team were constantly in contact with us. Very few days went by without some contact. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I never once felt anything other than we made the absolute best choice in choosing Rick and his team to sell our house.
