She totally organized the preparation of the house for sale, which turned out to be a complicated process because of the accumulation of 20 years of clutter, and transformed it into a bright and attractive property. She has a great range of important contacts when it came to the contractors we required for repairs - electricians, painters, stagers, and tradesmen of all kinds - and she was always on top of them to make sure the work was done in a timely way, and was done properly and thoroughly. She was not just trying to make the place just superficially more attractive, but respectful of the needs of the buyer too. The marketing process, including the photography and all aspects of the listing, were perfect. She knows all the relevant regulations inside out and was 100% correct in all her estimates of how things needed to move forward. She was tactful and honest and forthright in her negotiations with potential buyers and kept us in the loop at every step. Her judgment about the timing of the sale and the offering price proved to be totally sound and the net result was that we sold it for quite a bit above the asking price in a matter of a few days after it was listed. She was so thorough in her presentation of the property that the escrow proceeded with no contingencies and was closed within the projected time frame. On top of all this, she is simply a delightful and personable realtor who really goes out to bat for her clients and goes above and beyond in her efforts to serve them.

If I can sum up Rick Tyberg in one sentence, it would be ON THE BALL. Rick is a guy who knows what he's doing and doesn't leave a single stone un-turned. In our transaction with Rick, his attention to detail saved our bacon on more than one occasion, as we were dealing with a buyer's agent who kept trying to sneak little extra things into the contract; when he called them out, they tried it again in a different way, but once again Rick was there with a fine tooth comb to make sure our interests were protected. Rick's lived in LA his entire life and knows the market, so his wealth of knowledge was incredibly helpful. This is the second real estate transaction I have done with Tressana. She is simply the best. This one was a purchase of a vacation rental property in Palm Springs. Her knowledge of the market was only surpassed by her ability to find the absolute best people in the dessert - from inspectors, to property managers, to city officials - she worked hard to make sure each person we interacted with was on top of their game. Tressana treated my purchase as if it was her own. She goes over and above. The sellers agent even commented that one of the reasons our offer was accepted was because of how professionally it was presented. He knew how easy she would be to work with simply from the offer! Dan was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable of all the areas we looked at including the best restaurants and coffee shops that I could walk to. I must have asked him 50 questions and he had an answer for all of them. He even held my dog while we were touring properties! Oliver Mossi is a real estate agent extraordinaire! He went so far above and beyond what any other agent would have done for us. He is the reason we were able to finally complete the sale of our house. We had a very unusual situation when we sold our rental house. The tenant who signed the lease left at the end of the rental term but his estranged wife refused to leave and squatted for 3 months in an empty house. Oliver was tasked with getting the house sold which he managed to do after having to show it with the wife in it. He then had to work with the new owners, estranged husband and ourselves to evict her. This situation was compounded by the fact that she was a meth addict and an alcoholic. Oliver was the ONLY person she would deal with so he was thrust into the position of go between trying to keep her from destroying the house and getting her out. This went on for an agonizing 3 months and included constant vitriolic emails and texts from a crazy woman at all hours of the day and night. It took a special person to get this all sorted out and Oliver was that person. There is no doubt the outcome would have been much worse had he not stepped up and worked through all the issues on our behalf. Oliver Mossi is a diligent, hardworking agent. He was able to show and solicit offers for our house under very trying circumstances. And when it looked like we would lose the sale due to a crazy woman he came up with creative ways to work through all the challenges. This is the second time Oliver has been our agent. He sold us our current home several years ago and while there was nothing unusual about that sale he provided stellar service and guidance through the process. HE is a really GREAT real estate agent and we will use him again when we sell our current home!
