Tressana was extremely helpful at all stages of the selling process. She totally organized the preparation of the house for sale, which turned out to be a complicated process because of the accumulation of 20 years of clutter, and transformed it into a bright and attractive property. She has a great range of important contacts when it came to the contractors we required for repairs - electricians, painters, stagers, and tradesmen of all kinds - and she was always on top of them to make sure the work was done in a timely way, and was done properly and thoroughly. She was not just trying to make the place just superficially more attractive, but respectful of the needs of the buyer too. The marketing process, including the photography and all aspects of the listing, were perfect. She knows all the relevant regulations inside out and was 100% correct in all her estimates of how things needed to move forward. She was tactful and honest and forthright in her negotiations with potential buyers and kept us in the loop at every step. Her judgment about the timing of the sale and the offering price proved to be totally sound and the net result was that we sold it for quite a bit above the asking price in a matter of a few days after it was listed. She was so thorough in her presentation of the property that the escrow proceeded with no contingencies and was closed within the projected time frame. On top of all this, she is simply a delightful and personable realtor who really goes out to bat for her clients and goes above and beyond in her efforts to serve them.

This is the second real estate transaction I have done with Tressana. She is simply the best. This one was a purchase of a vacation rental property in Palm Springs. Her knowledge of the market was only surpassed by her ability to find the absolute best people in the dessert - from inspectors, to property managers, to city officials - she worked hard to make sure each person we interacted with was on top of their game. Tressana treated my purchase as if it was her own. She goes over and above. The sellers agent even commented that one of the reasons our offer was accepted was because of how professionally it was presented. He knew how easy she would be to work with simply from the offer! Dan was great! He was always on time to every showing we went to and very polite. He communicated and updated me constantly with new information throughout the entire process. He explained things very clearly to me when I was confused or foggy about certain tactics or information. He would go into detail of his strategies and break it down for me when I asked why he was saying this or that. I had no idea real estate was so complex!

Oliver Mossi represented us as first time home buyers and what a great deal we got. Over 6.5% off of asking price and 4% lower than what we authorized him to close at. That's ridiculously good! That savings was incredibly helpful as first timers! We definitely would have spent more if we weren't represented by Oliver. If you don't know what you're doing, or you simply have a career and don't have time to apply what you know - get this agent to represent you. He takes care of it all. Overall the hunt was efficient, the deal was great, and escrow/inspections were smooth as silk. He even costed and coordinated all of our inspections to help us save some money. In the end, we bought a house we love and we made it safely to mortgage payment #2 and beyond!
