Michele is the best! She really helped me and my roommates understand the lease process and was also fun to work with. She was very patient and really connected to what we were looking for. We would not have been able to get the house we wanted without Rick. One phone call and some pictures was all he needed to get a sense of what we wanted. His knowledge of the area helped us jump onto the house as soon as it was listed. In this housing climate, we had to be fast, but we were never rushed. Rick was extremely efficient in letting us know what our options and rights were as a buyer. He handled the seller's agent, inspections, and made sure our lender stayed on track. He truly kept track of all of it making the home buying process smooth and easy. He really looked out for our interests and made sure we did everything right to make the sale. It's a shame we won't be buying another house for a long time, he was that great to work with!

Oliver Mossi is just the best. In my case he was the seller's agent. I know that he got me the best price; but, it was not just the best price. It was the best deal. His knowledge is very impressive, his process expertise is masterful, his negotiation skills are excellent but there is so much more. He is not only responsive he is supportive. I had a renovation and Oliver was there every step of the way. His input was critical in affecting the final result. His organization and sense of time is outstanding so there are no surprises at the end. We made every deadline with time to spare. There is nothing more to say besides he is just the best.
