Michele is a true professional and a genuine person who is a joy to work with on a day to day basis. She is balanced in her assessments of value and worked hard to deliver a great end result above the list price and immediate comps. She brought her experience, judgment, relationships with staging companies and contractors, and consistent hard work throughout the process. Michele managed the entire sale process on the ground in LA as I am based in the NYC and she proved completely dependable and trustworthy. She provided frequent communication along the way and worked with me to make key decisions in partnership at key junctures. Once the contract was signed, she worked closely with the buyer side, their inspectors and contractors and managed the process during escrow to get us efficiently to the closing.
