We started looking for homes when the pandemic started and could not find anything we liked. The one home my wife liked had just gotten into escrow. Pia stayed in touch with the listing agent and we got the property on the same day it fell out of escrow and her persuasive methods helped us in not having to compete to get the home. Rick’s knowledge in Appraising & Construction was extremely helpful during the negotiation and inspection process. He was tedious at negotiating price and every single item in the inspection report. Michele is the best! She really helped me and my roommates understand the lease process and was also fun to work with. She was very patient and really connected to what we were looking for. She found us a great lease and at the price we wanted. Michele was also looking out for us the whole way and got the landlord to make some much needed repairs and updates to the unit which was beyond our expectations. I had been looking for a place for several weeks, when I came across a townhouse listed with Josie Davis. My schedule was very busy at the time, so Josie rearranged her schedule to show me the unit. Although the unit fit my needs, there were a few items that would prevent me from signing the paperwork. One of the items was parking for a long wheel base SUV, that I use for work. The available parking would not fit my personal vehicle, along with the SUV. Josie worked several days to find alternative parking that I would be satisfied with. She actually found a great space, at no additional charge, for me. I can't say enough about her attentiveness, punctuality, and work ethic. I am sure that I would still be looking for the perfect place if it weren't for Josie. If I were allowed to give 10 stars, I definitely would.
