Tressana was both able and willing to guide the work requirements, remodel etc. Then, when she listed the condo, it was sold in less than a week for all cash, AS IS. A wonderful result at a price higher than market in the area for recent sales.

Dan was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable of all the areas we looked at including the best restaurants and coffee shops that I could walk to.
