This is the second real estate transaction I have done with Tressana. She is simply the best. This one was a purchase of a vacation rental property in Palm Springs. Her knowledge of the market was only surpassed by her ability to find the absolute best people in the dessert - from inspectors, to property managers, to city officials - she worked hard to make sure each person we interacted with was on top of their game. Tressana treated my purchase as if it was her own. She goes over and above. The sellers agent even commented that one of the reasons our offer was accepted was because of how professionally it was presented. He knew how easy she would be to work with simply from the offer! I had been looking for a place for several weeks, when I came across a townhouse listed with Josie Davis. My schedule was very busy at the time, so Josie rearranged her schedule to show me the unit. Although the unit fit my needs, there were a few items that would prevent me from signing the paperwork. One of the items was parking for a long wheel base SUV, that I use for work. The available parking would not fit my personal vehicle, along with the SUV. Josie worked several days to find alternative parking that I would be satisfied with. She actually found a great space, at no additional charge, for me. I can't say enough about her attentiveness, punctuality, and work ethic. I am sure that I would still be looking for the perfect place if it weren't for Josie. If I were allowed to give 10 stars, I definitely would.

I would give my highest recommendation to Oliver and his partner Elizabeth. They helped my wife and I find the perfect home. We were drawn to Oliver because of his character, honesty and professionalism. Over the several months we spent looking at many houses together, my wife and I never felt rushed or pushed into buying a home we did not love. Once we found our perfect home, Oliver and Elizabeth were there every step of the way from the initial negotiations till closing. Throughout the entire process, we felt like Oliver had our best interest in mind and negotiated strenuously on our behalf. Buying a home in Los Angeles can be daunting and overwhelming task. Dealing with Oliver and Elizabeth was a breath of fresh air. Knowing they were in our corner alleviated much stress and allowed for a wonderful home buying experience.

Rick seemed to have the best grasp of the situation when we interviewed Realtors to sell our house. Since we had already purchased a home elsewhere, we were not looking to have the house sit on the market for a long time and then have to continually lower the price to chase the market. Rick presented the best plan to achieve our goal. His estimate was the highest of the over half-dozen agents we interviewed and he had the house sold within days of the listing being posted, and at a higher price.
