This is a second review for Russell, since this time I was a seller. Honestly, just save yourself any further trouble/searching - Russell is the agent you MUST have, no matter which side of a transaction you are on. More than anything else, he tells you the truth and gives you his honest opinion. What he tells you is NOT based on the commission; It's what he believes in his heart, because he looks at the long game and knows that repeat clients and constant referrals are the key to success.

We have had the pleasure of knowing Tressana for years so when it came time to sell our home we knew just who to call. Tressana made the process easy, enjoyable and kept us well-informed. We additionally were attempting to sell our home during the COVID lockdown with a contingency deal hanging in the balance. Needless to say it all worked out and Tressana made it happen. Michele went above and beyond to help us find our new home in Burbank. She is kind and courteous and a joy to tour possible homes with. Michele showed us numerous houses around the San Fernando valley until we found the perfect one. She gave us constant updates on new properties as they became available. We could not have done it without her. We would give her 10 stars is we could. We also came out of the whole experience considering her a friend.

The owner died in the premises and, as trustee, I had to HAZMAT clean it up and then update the entire premises including repairs required by HAZMAT. Tressana was both able and willing to guide the work requirements, remodel etc. Then, when she listed the condo, it was sold in less than a week for all cash, AS IS. A wonderful result at a price higher than market in the area for recent sales.

How Likely am I to recommend Steve? Well, I've already recommended him and he helped one of good friends by a condo. Steve was great through the whole process. This was my first home and I knew nothing about what I was doing. I had always been warned about real estate agents being too pushy and just trying to make a sale, but Steve was everything but. He made the process very easy on me and I never felt any pressure. It is obvious that Steve loves what he does. He talks about real estate with a passion and is very knowledgeable about the space. Although I knew he had many clients at the same time as me, whenever I spent time with Steve looking at homes, he made me feel like I was his only client. Steve helped me navigate what I wanted in a home. On our first phone call, he had me list out my priorities in what I was looking for and tailored the search to those priorities. When we went to open houses, he asked all the right questions - important questions that I never would have thought to ask. Steve guided me through the whole process until I found my dream home. A home that checked all the boxes of the original priorities I had. When it came time for negotiations, Steve helped me through that as well and we were able to get a great deal for it. After my offer was accepted, I assumed Steve would disappear, but nope, he continued to help me through inspections, Escrow, and everything else that happens until the process is truly complete. All in all, I had a great experience working with Steve and I would highly recommend him to all. 5 Stars!!

Josie made a deal happen that I didn’t think would make it. She found me a multi unit building that was off market. She handled the complex and stressful deal in a calm and logical manner and protected my interest every step of the way. The other agent was very difficult and the escrow officer was slow and didn’t do a good job. Josie stayed on top of them and managed to push through the circus of a deal. We had squatters on the property and Josie did everything needed and beyond, to get every piece of documentation we needed to be protected. I didn’t think the deal could close. Every day I thought it was over but she pushed and was very thorough in her paperwork. She also recommended I start drinking Chamomile tea for my stress! She calmed me down and I got a great deal on the building. She is definitely a bulldog. She was attentive to everyone involved in the transaction and made the impossible, possible.
