How can I adequately describe my experience with Rick and his team? He is, without a doubt, the most professional, knowledgeable, responsive, smart and also kind individual who you could ever have in your corner. If I can sum up Rick Tyberg in one sentence, it would be ON THE BALL. Rick is a guy who knows what he's doing and doesn't leave a single stone un-turned. In our transaction with Rick, his attention to detail saved our bacon on more than one occasion, as we were dealing with a buyer's agent who kept trying to sneak little extra things into the contract; when he called them out, they tried it again in a different way, but once again Rick was there with a fine tooth comb to make sure our interests were protected.
