Rachel is a textbook example of what makes for a great buyer's agent. We were first-time homebuyers and also looking at properties remotely. Rachel turned out to be the first and only agent we worked with and guided us confidently throughout the whole process. Once we had our eyes set on a property, Rachel really made us feel comfortable and helped us strategize on placing competitive offers. Afterwards, we really relied on Rachel as we were mostly remote during the escrow process. She coordinated all inspections, made numerous trips to the property in our place, and overall was extremely communicative. Oliver was fantastic and really understands the Los Angeles real estate market. Having been to many open houses, we choose Oliver because he was personable and intelligent and I felt like he really engaged well with potential buyers (so many other agents are not as friendly and I wouldn't want them selling my house). He made the whole selling process from start to finish seamless. We had a lot of balls in the air and Oliver was great at juggling our needs- both financial and family (we did not want to uproot our family without a place to go). Additionally, Oliver and his team helped set up our home for showing and a photo shoot and did a great job marketing it. Oliver was also very strategic but ensured that both my husband and I were comfortable with the strategy. Within the first 48 hours after showing, we had 12 offers. We have local aggressive real estate agents on the buy side and he stayed very professional and maintained effective working relationships with everyone. In the end, we got 14% over asking and on got more dollars per square foot basis compared to other homes the same size in our proximity. The other benefit to working with Oliver is that he responds to you directly over phone or email- whatever you choose. He is easy to reach and you do not need to go through assistants to get to him- which is not the norm. He did a great job on the sale of our home and even helped advise us on the buy side. We had already committed to another agent for the buy side of our transaction. However, the transaction was very complicated and Oliver was able to help us navigate through to maximize our benefits and minimize our risks. I would wholeheartedly recommend Oliver without reservation and would definitely use him in our next transaction.

Oliver Mossi is a real estate agent extraordinaire! He went so far above and beyond what any other agent would have done for us. He is the reason we were able to finally complete the sale of our house. We had a very unusual situation when we sold our rental house. The tenant who signed the lease left at the end of the rental term but his estranged wife refused to leave and squatted for 3 months in an empty house. Oliver was tasked with getting the house sold which he managed to do after having to show it with the wife in it. He then had to work with the new owners, estranged husband and ourselves to evict her. This situation was compounded by the fact that she was a meth addict and an alcoholic. Oliver was the ONLY person she would deal with so he was thrust into the position of go between trying to keep her from destroying the house and getting her out. This went on for an agonizing 3 months and included constant vitriolic emails and texts from a crazy woman at all hours of the day and night. It took a special person to get this all sorted out and Oliver was that person. There is no doubt the outcome would have been much worse had he not stepped up and worked through all the issues on our behalf. Oliver Mossi is a diligent, hardworking agent. He was able to show and solicit offers for our house under very trying circumstances. And when it looked like we would lose the sale due to a crazy woman he came up with creative ways to work through all the challenges. This is the second time Oliver has been our agent. He sold us our current home several years ago and while there was nothing unusual about that sale he provided stellar service and guidance through the process. HE is a really GREAT real estate agent and we will use him again when we sell our current home!
