How Likely am I to recommend Steve? Well, I've already recommended him and he helped one of good friends by a condo. Steve was great through the whole process. This was my first home and I knew nothing about what I was doing. I had always been warned about real estate agents being too pushy and just trying to make a sale, but Steve was everything but. He made the process very easy on me and I never felt any pressure. It is obvious that Steve loves what he does. He talks about real estate with a passion and is very knowledgeable about the space. Although I knew he had many clients at the same time as me, whenever I spent time with Steve looking at homes, he made me feel like I was his only client. Steve helped me navigate what I wanted in a home. On our first phone call, he had me list out my priorities in what I was looking for and tailored the search to those priorities. When we went to open houses, he asked all the right questions - important questions that I never would have thought to ask. Steve guided me through the whole process until I found my dream home. A home that checked all the boxes of the original priorities I had. When it came time for negotiations, Steve helped me through that as well and we were able to get a great deal for it. After my offer was accepted, I assumed Steve would disappear, but nope, he continued to help me through inspections, Escrow, and everything else that happens until the process is truly complete. All in all, I had a great experience working with Steve and I would highly recommend him to all. 5 Stars!!

Selling a house can be overwhelming and stressful, but Oliver and Elizabeth make it as simple as possible. They are prompt, communicative, professional and savvy. They helped us stage and massively declutter our home. Elizabeth, who has an amazing eye for staging, helped with placement of furniture, decorative items and lighting. Oliver brought in a gardening team that not only artfully pruned and weeded, but did light masonry work to fix and widen our brick walkway, added a drip line to make our yard completely irrigated, and added plants to fill in areas and add color. These efforts helped the appearance and increased the value of our home. By the end, our home looked far more spacious, inviting, cleaned up and ready for a photo shoot worthy of a magazine piece. They know exactly how to price a house. Our home sold quickly and at a price that far surpassed our expectations. We placed the price higher than I imagined we would and ended up with an offer far above asking. Additionally, when the buyers inspection was complete, Oliver was able to negotiate in our favor. Oliver and Elizabeth presented a time line explaining the entire process from start to finish. There was never a snag or unexpected event. All paper work was filed promptly and all emails and phone calls returned immediately. What can be an emotional process remained very simple and low key. They are delightful, considerate and intelligent people that made the experience as easy as one could imagine. Make the right choice and hire them! You will be happy you did.
