How Likely am I to recommend Steve? Well, I've already recommended him and he helped one of good friends by a condo. Steve was great through the whole process. This was my first home and I knew nothing about what I was doing. I had always been warned about real estate agents being too pushy and just trying to make a sale, but Steve was everything but. He made the process very easy on me and I never felt any pressure. It is obvious that Steve loves what he does. He talks about real estate with a passion and is very knowledgeable about the space. Although I knew he had many clients at the same time as me, whenever I spent time with Steve looking at homes, he made me feel like I was his only client. Steve helped me navigate what I wanted in a home. On our first phone call, he had me list out my priorities in what I was looking for and tailored the search to those priorities. When we went to open houses, he asked all the right questions - important questions that I never would have thought to ask. Steve guided me through the whole process until I found my dream home. A home that checked all the boxes of the original priorities I had. When it came time for negotiations, Steve helped me through that as well and we were able to get a great deal for it. After my offer was accepted, I assumed Steve would disappear, but nope, he continued to help me through inspections, Escrow, and everything else that happens until the process is truly complete. All in all, I had a great experience working with Steve and I would highly recommend him to all. 5 Stars!!

Oliver Mossi is a real estate agent extraordinaire! He went so far above and beyond what any other agent would have done for us. He is the reason we were able to finally complete the sale of our house. We had a very unusual situation when we sold our rental house. The tenant who signed the lease left at the end of the rental term but his estranged wife refused to leave and squatted for 3 months in an empty house. Oliver was tasked with getting the house sold which he managed to do after having to show it with the wife in it. He then had to work with the new owners, estranged husband and ourselves to evict her. This situation was compounded by the fact that she was a meth addict and an alcoholic. Oliver was the ONLY person she would deal with so he was thrust into the position of go between trying to keep her from destroying the house and getting her out. This went on for an agonizing 3 months and included constant vitriolic emails and texts from a crazy woman at all hours of the day and night. It took a special person to get this all sorted out and Oliver was that person. There is no doubt the outcome would have been much worse had he not stepped up and worked through all the issues on our behalf. Oliver Mossi is a diligent, hardworking agent. He was able to show and solicit offers for our house under very trying circumstances. And when it looked like we would lose the sale due to a crazy woman he came up with creative ways to work through all the challenges. This is the second time Oliver has been our agent. He sold us our current home several years ago and while there was nothing unusual about that sale he provided stellar service and guidance through the process. HE is a really GREAT real estate agent and we will use him again when we sell our current home!
