To be a homeowner (as a single woman-of-color-immigrant-lady boss-first-time-home-buyer) has always been a vaguely ludicrous, perhaps even completely unattainable dream. But, in 2017, Chris Picket helped turn that dream is reality. I had been searching and putting in offers in the LA area for 1.5 years before I met Chris. Chris also happens to be exceptionally talented and a kind Real Estate Agent, who provided a quality experience and a good humored one. I wasn't traumatized, rather when I closed, I felt empowered.
