Selling a house can be overwhelming and stressful, but Oliver and Elizabeth make it as simple as possible. They are prompt, communicative, professional and savvy. They helped us stage and massively declutter our home. Elizabeth, who has an amazing eye for staging, helped with placement of furniture, decorative items and lighting. Oliver brought in a gardening team that not only artfully pruned and weeded, but did light masonry work to fix and widen our brick walkway, added a drip line to make our yard completely irrigated, and added plants to fill in areas and add color. These efforts helped the appearance and increased the value of our home. By the end, our home looked far more spacious, inviting, cleaned up and ready for a photo shoot worthy of a magazine piece.
