Rachel is a textbook example of what makes for a great buyer's agent. We were first-time homebuyers and also looking at properties remotely. Rachel turned out to be the first and only agent we worked with and guided us confidently throughout the whole process. Once we had our eyes set on a property, Rachel really made us feel comfortable and helped us strategize on placing competitive offers. Afterwards, we really relied on Rachel as we were mostly remote during the escrow process. She coordinated all inspections, made numerous trips to the property in our place, and overall was extremely communicative. Most importantly, Rachel somehow seemed to be always available and easy to reach. I frankly never expected to get so much attention. I very much enjoyed working with Steven Dubin!! He has been in real estate for a very long time and is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The most important to me - Steven is very honest and trustworthy person! He doesn’t try just to make a quick sale pushing and convincing you to buy the first or second property you look at. He really goes above and beyond providing all necessary information, statistics, reports, etc. He works 24 /7 and is extremely fast arranging all the meetings and showings!
