I had been looking for a place for several weeks, when I came across a townhouse listed with Josie Davis. My schedule was very busy at the time, so Josie rearranged her schedule to show me the unit. Although the unit fit my needs, there were a few items that would prevent me from signing the paperwork. One of the items was parking for a long wheel base SUV, that I use for work. The available parking would not fit my personal vehicle, along with the SUV. Josie worked several days to find alternative parking that I would be satisfied with. She actually found a great space, at no additional charge, for me. I can't say enough about her attentiveness, punctuality, and work ethic. I am sure that I would still be looking for the perfect place if it weren't for Josie. If I were allowed to give 10 stars, I definitely would.

Oliver Mossi is just the best. In my case he was the seller's agent. I know that he got me the best price; but, it was not just the best price. It was the best deal. His knowledge is very impressive, his process expertise is masterful, his negotiation skills are excellent but there is so much more. He is not only responsive he is supportive. I had a renovation and Oliver was there every step of the way. His input was critical in affecting the final result. His organization and sense of time is outstanding so there are no surprises at the end. We made every deadline with time to spare. There is nothing more to say besides he is just the best.

Not only did she know the details of the real estate market in my area, but she was very responsive and always answered my calls immediately or returned them within hours. Oliver Mossi represented us as first time home buyers and what a great deal we got. Over 6.5% off of asking price and 4% lower than what we authorized him to close at. That's ridiculously good! That savings was incredibly helpful as first timers! We definitely would have spent more if we weren't represented by Oliver. If you don't know what you're doing, or you simply have a career and don't have time to apply what you know - get this agent to represent you. He takes care of it all. Overall the hunt was efficient, the deal was great, and escrow/inspections were smooth as silk. He even costed and coordinated all of our inspections to help us save some money. In the end, we bought a house we love and we made it safely to mortgage payment #2 and beyond!
