She only showed me houses she thought I would like, and once we found the house she worked hard to get me the rental price I felt good about. I had been looking for a place for several weeks, when I came across a townhouse listed with Josie Davis. My schedule was very busy at the time, so Josie rearranged her schedule to show me the unit. Although the unit fit my needs, there were a few items that would prevent me from signing the paperwork. One of the items was parking for a long wheel base SUV, that I use for work. The available parking would not fit my personal vehicle, along with the SUV. Josie worked several days to find alternative parking that I would be satisfied with. She actually found a great space, at no additional charge, for me. I can't say enough about her attentiveness, punctuality, and work ethic. I am sure that I would still be looking for the perfect place if it weren't for Josie. If I were allowed to give 10 stars, I definitely would.

I honestly don't know how i could have gone through the sale of my home without michele moses. I was stressed just looking at offers, contracts, clauses, and buyer loans. She talked me through all of it with grace and clarity. I would definitely use her again
