Michele is the best! She really helped me and my roommates understand the lease process and was also fun to work with. She was very patient and really connected to what we were looking for. She found us a great lease and at the price we wanted. Michele was also looking out for us the whole way and got the landlord to make some much needed repairs and updates to the unit which was beyond our expectations. I had been looking for a place for several weeks, when I came across a townhouse listed with Josie Davis. My schedule was very busy at the time, so Josie rearranged her schedule to show me the unit. Although the unit fit my needs, there were a few items that would prevent me from signing the paperwork. One of the items was parking for a long wheel base SUV, that I use for work. The available parking would not fit my personal vehicle, along with the SUV. Josie worked several days to find alternative parking that I would be satisfied with. She actually found a great space, at no additional charge, for me. I can't say enough about her attentiveness, punctuality, and work ethic. I am sure that I would still be looking for the perfect place if it weren't for Josie. If I were allowed to give 10 stars, I definitely would.
