This is the second real estate transaction I have done with Tressana. She is simply the best. This one was a purchase of a vacation rental property in Palm Springs. Her knowledge of the market was only surpassed by her ability to find the absolute best people in the dessert - from inspectors, to property managers, to city officials - she worked hard to make sure each person we interacted with was on top of their game. Tressana treated my purchase as if it was her own. She goes over and above. The sellers agent even commented that one of the reasons our offer was accepted was because of how professionally it was presented. He knew how easy she would be to work with simply from the offer! I would give my highest recommendation to Oliver and his partner Elizabeth. They helped my wife and I find the perfect home. We were drawn to Oliver because of his character, honesty and professionalism. Over the several months we spent looking at many houses together, my wife and I never felt rushed or pushed into buying a home we did not love. Once we found our perfect home, Oliver and Elizabeth were there every step of the way from the initial negotiations till closing. Throughout the entire process, we felt like Oliver had our best interest in mind and negotiated strenuously on our behalf. Buying a home in Los Angeles can be daunting and overwhelming task. Dealing with Oliver and Elizabeth was a breath of fresh air. Knowing they were in our corner alleviated much stress and allowed for a wonderful home buying experience.

Oliver was fantastic and really understands the Los Angeles real estate market. Having been to many open houses, we choose Oliver because he was personable and intelligent and I felt like he really engaged well with potential buyers (so many other agents are not as friendly and I wouldn't want them selling my house). He made the whole selling process from start to finish seamless. We had a lot of balls in the air and Oliver was great at juggling our needs- both financial and family (we did not want to uproot our family without a place to go). Additionally, Oliver and his team helped set up our home for showing and a photo shoot and did a great job marketing it. Oliver was also very strategic but ensured that both my husband and I were comfortable with the strategy. Within the first 48 hours after showing, we had 12 offers. We have local aggressive real estate agents on the buy side and he stayed very professional and maintained effective working relationships with everyone. In the end, we got 14% over asking and on got more dollars per square foot basis compared to other homes the same size in our proximity. The other benefit to working with Oliver is that he responds to you directly over phone or email- whatever you choose. He is easy to reach and you do not need to go through assistants to get to him- which is not the norm. He did a great job on the sale of our home and even helped advise us on the buy side. We had already committed to another agent for the buy side of our transaction. However, the transaction was very complicated and Oliver was able to help us navigate through to maximize our benefits and minimize our risks. I would wholeheartedly recommend Oliver without reservation and would definitely use him in our next transaction.
