We would not have been able to get the house we wanted without Rick. One phone call and some pictures was all he needed to get a sense of what we wanted. His knowledge of the area helped us jump onto the house as soon as it was listed. In this housing climate, we had to be fast, but we were never rushed. Rick was extremely efficient in letting us know what our options and rights were as a buyer. He handled the seller's agent, inspections, and made sure our lender stayed on track. He truly kept track of all of it making the home buying process smooth and easy. He really looked out for our interests and made sure we did everything right to make the sale.
