My family had worked with Tressana once before, but this was my first time working with her. She was always professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get the property I wanted. I had the added wrinkle of being in Africa for the first 2 months of the home search and therefore couldn't be there to look at the houses myself or always be available a the right time. She worked with other members of my family to look through all of the homes and narrow them down to just the few she knew I would be interested in. She even put all of my forms online so that I could sign them electronically as I couldn't be there in person. She was a true expert and went above and beyond to find me the property I wanted. Plus, I got a very nice gift after the process was all done!

As a first time homebuyer Chris made the process very easy for me. It was a seller's market at the time but I still feel Chris helped me get a great deal on my place. I provided only 3 requirements of the home and he met them all. Was very respectful of my time and did not send me properties outside of criteria.
