Rachel turned out to be the first and only agent we worked with and guided us confidently throughout the whole process. Once we had our eyes set on a property, Rachel really made us feel comfortable and helped us strategize on placing competitive offers. Afterwards, we really relied on Rachel as we were mostly remote during the escrow process. She coordinated all inspections, made numerous trips to the property in our place, and overall was extremely communicative.
