Where do I start? I was going to get a divorce and needed to sell my house. Michele came over to give me her opinion on what she thought my house was worth and some things that I should do to my house to get ready to sell. She also saw my vision...I had a midcentury house. Whereas other realtors just did't get it. Michele was also so sensitive to my situation. She never pressured me into anything, she was very patient with me and waited until I was completely ready to sell. Michele is a genuine person and really does care about people. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Oliver Mossi represented us as first time home buyers and what a great deal we got. Over 6.5% off of asking price and 4% lower than what we authorized him to close at. That's ridiculously good! That savings was incredibly helpful as first timers! We definitely would have spent more if we weren't represented by Oliver. If you don't know what you're doing, or you simply have a career and don't have time to apply what you know - get this agent to represent you. He takes care of it all. Overall the hunt was efficient, the deal was great, and escrow/inspections were smooth as silk. He even costed and coordinated all of our inspections to help us save some money. In the end, we bought a house we love and we made it safely to mortgage payment #2 and beyond!

The best part of working with Oliver is that he can steer the ship around all the pitfalls that cost you time and money. Buying and selling real estate is always a give and take, but without good representation - you'll be giving - a lot. We were very happy in our case. We finished above asking price and in record time. I estimate we had a 50% shorter start to close time than the average home sale in LA right now. She totally organized the preparation of the house for sale, which turned out to be a complicated process because of the accumulation of 20 years of clutter, and transformed it into a bright and attractive property. She has a great range of important contacts when it came to the contractors we required for repairs - electricians, painters, stagers, and tradesmen of all kinds - and she was always on top of them to make sure the work was done in a timely way, and was done properly and thoroughly. She was not just trying to make the place just superficially more attractive, but respectful of the needs of the buyer too. The marketing process, including the photography and all aspects of the listing, were perfect. She knows all the relevant regulations inside out and was 100% correct in all her estimates of how things needed to move forward. She was tactful and honest and forthright in her negotiations with potential buyers and kept us in the loop at every step. Her judgment about the timing of the sale and the offering price proved to be totally sound and the net result was that we sold it for quite a bit above the asking price in a matter of a few days after it was listed. She was so thorough in her presentation of the property that the escrow proceeded with no contingencies and was closed within the projected time frame. Rick seemed to have the best grasp of the situation when we interviewed Realtors to sell our house. Since we had already purchased a home elsewhere, we were not looking to have the house sit on the market for a long time and then have to continually lower the price to chase the market. Rick presented the best plan to achieve our goal. His estimate was the highest of the over half-dozen agents we interviewed and he had the house sold within days of the listing being posted, and at a higher price.
