Rachel is a textbook example of what makes for a great buyer's agent. We were first-time homebuyers and also looking at properties remotely. Rachel turned out to be the first and only agent we worked with and guided us confidently throughout the whole process. Once we had our eyes set on a property, Rachel really made us feel comfortable and helped us strategize on placing competitive offers. Afterwards, we really relied on Rachel as we were mostly remote during the escrow process. She coordinated all inspections, made numerous trips to the property in our place, and overall was extremely communicative. Most importantly, Rachel somehow seemed to be always available and easy to reach. I frankly never expected to get so much attention.
