My family had worked with Tressana once before, but this was my first time working with her. She was always professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get the property I wanted. I had the added wrinkle of being in Africa for the first 2 months of the home search and therefore couldn't be there to look at the houses myself or always be available a the right time. She worked with other members of my family to look through all of the homes and narrow them down to just the few she knew I would be interested in. She even put all of my forms online so that I could sign them electronically as I couldn't be there in person. She was a true expert and went above and beyond to find me the property I wanted. Plus, I got a very nice gift after the process was all done!

Rachel was an above-and-beyond agent. She held our hand through many offers before we finally found our next home. Throughout the process she was always skilled and thoughtful in our approach to each decision point. She was also extremely responsive, answering texts immediately, and urgently jumping on tight windows to arrange house visits. The whole time it felt like we were her only clients. In the end she navigated us through a competitive bidding process and helped land us the house that we prayed we would get. To be clear -- we are a high anxiety pair, full of detailed questions and requests for assurance. Rachel was always a step ahead of us, and so reliably on point in her ability to address our concerns. This was our second time buying a home and we have a stack of complaints about our first buyers agent, but we don't have a single one about Rachel. She was so fantastic and I will recommend her to everyone I know.
