Honestly, just save yourself any further trouble/searching - Russell is the agent you MUST have, no matter which side of a transaction you are on. More than anything else, he tells you the truth and gives you his honest opinion. What he tells you is NOT based on the commission; It's what he believes in his heart, because he looks at the long game and knows that repeat clients and constant referrals are the key to success.

Rachel was an above-and-beyond agent. She held our hand through many offers before we finally found our next home. Throughout the process she was always skilled and thoughtful in our approach to each decision point. In the end she navigated us through a competitive bidding process and helped land us the house that we prayed we would get. To be clear -- we are a high anxiety pair, full of detailed questions and requests for assurance. Rachel was always a step ahead of us, and so reliably on point in her ability to address our concerns. This was our second time buying a home and we have a stack of complaints about our first buyers agent, but we don't have a single one about Rachel.
