Rick seemed to have the best grasp of the situation when we interviewed Realtors to sell our house. Since we had already purchased a home elsewhere, we were not looking to have the house sit on the market for a long time and then have to continually lower the price to chase the market. Selling your house in LA is easy. Selling your house in LA and getting the best deal possible - not so easy. The best part of working with Oliver is that he can steer the ship around all the pitfalls that cost you time and money. Buying and selling real estate is always a give and take, but without good representation - you'll be giving - a lot. We were very happy in our case. We finished above asking price and in record time. I estimate we had a 50% shorter start to close time than the average home sale in LA right now.
