This is the second real estate transaction I have done with Tressana. She is simply the best. This one was a purchase of a vacation rental property in Palm Springs. Her knowledge of the market was only surpassed by her ability to find the absolute best people in the dessert - from inspectors, to property managers, to city officials - she worked hard to make sure each person we interacted with was on top of their game. Tressana treated my purchase as if it was her own. She goes over and above. The sellers agent even commented that one of the reasons our offer was accepted was because of how professionally it was presented. He knew how easy she would be to work with simply from the offer! Oliver Mossi is just the best. In my case he was the seller's agent. I know that he got me the best price; but, it was not just the best price. It was the best deal. His knowledge is very impressive, his process expertise is masterful, his negotiation skills are excellent but there is so much more. He is not only responsive he is supportive. I had a renovation and Oliver was there every step of the way. His input was critical in affecting the final result. His organization and sense of time is outstanding so there are no surprises at the end. We made every deadline with time to spare. There is nothing more to say besides he is just the best.
